This week I opened my new company and started looking for trucks. With the shortage of trucks and prices being insane I looked everywhere and couldn't find something decent in the $20-30k range. I stopped by Kow Loon and seen a clean F350 with only 90k miles and priced below other places. I talked to Trung and he grabbed the keys for a test drive. I had a slight concern and he said he would have it looked at and call me the next day at 12pm. The next day 11am came around and the truck was ready. I stopped by and drove it again and it ran great! Not once we're any of the workers pushy

Needed a truck today, Trung was there with a fantastic deal. He was a tough negotiator but I think I got the better of him :~) Crew loves the truck and it is really in great shape for the year and mileage. Fast purchase, no wasted time. They even threw in a detail whilst we completed the paper work!

I had toyota camry 1995 that can only drive for 15 to 25 miles only. That's the only distance that my car can drive. December 2015 I got hired in San Jose and used my car for an interview which is 32 miles plus traffic for 25 minutes, sadly I have to pull over cuz it was shaking. I told my husband about what happened to me, I was hesitant to tell him coz we don't have enough money to buy one even used cars. He kept looking on line for couple of days and we found TOyota 2005 Camry SE for 78,000+ mileage. Kowloon auto has one for $8,900+. We went there and inform them that price online

Despite the reviews, I decided to give this place a try. They treated me like gold. Unbelievably great service. I took my car to a mechanic to get it checked out before I bought it, the mechanic came up with a couple of items that needed to be fixed, they fixed them at no charge, of course, even put on new tires for me without my asking, replaced front and rear brakes, even though only the front brakes needed replacing, changed oil, topped off all fluids, detailed. Trung and his staff are professional and stellar. I so appreciate the great service. Very happy.

I wish we have no rating(0 star option) option here. I had same experience as other(s) described here. They are not professional people. Car is NOT a reliable car. Please please DO NOT buy car from them. Owner told me they buy car from florida and other auctions. And they DO NOT even fix basic stuff like battery or lights before selling.

Recently purchased my Lexus GS 350 from here and I had a great experience. Purchasing a car is a big deal, so I made sure to shop around and did my fair share of research prior to deciding on Kow Loon. I had called in to check to see if they had the model and color I wanted before making the trip out to the dealership. I spoke with Mai over the phone and she was very helpful in providing me with all the information I needed. She answered all my questions and persuaded me to drop on in that same day to check out the car. Upon arrival, I was greeted right away. Once I checked out the car and received

Kow Loon is a model family business that I I cannot recommend strongly enough. I bought a CRV from them a few months ago and had a great experience. It was a hard to find color, the price was below average, and the car is in great shape. Everyone who works there is kind, knowledgable, and helpful. I got a great deal with no drama. I'll be calling them first the next time I need a car.
It's a shame this place doesn't have 5 stars overall because they deserve it. Definitely a 5 star business that should get some community support.

I can honestly say that I normally would not take the time to write a Review. However, it is only right to do so after experiencing such great service. During the sale, I was skeptical as everyone is when you here promises from the sales guy. Jose Blanco has not only kept his promise but the Kow Loon Auto Sales as well. I bought a car for my son and Jose and the Kow loon Family have made sure that he is well taken care. They have kept there promise and met my expectation. I say before you buy a car honestly call Jose at Kow Loon Auto Sales

I looked at the reviews and tried to give them a chance. I called to check if they had a car listed on Craigslist. They said it was available, so I took the bus from Monterey all the way up to San Jose. When I arrived, they told me they just sold it a few minutes before I arrived. Then they tried to say they have more cars similar. They just tried to get me in the door by lies. This business is shady and I would never recommend them.

I went to look a lexus is350 almost a year ago and i saw it was still there so, i stopped and asked if i could test drive it. they had to jump ut because the battery was dead. I asked him if he was willing to negotiate a cash purchase and he was only willing to take off a $200.- on a car thats been sitting collecting spider webs.

Despite the awful reviews I decided to purchase a car from this place. I had been looking for a new vehicle for about 6 months. My credit isn't the greatest but adding another vehicle to our family was a must. I had been looking for an 8 passenger vehicle, fairly new (at least 10 years), under 150k miles, and under $10k. Come to find out, if you have anything but excellent credit, the bank won't finance a vehicle with a lot of miles and is a lower year. Anyways, each vehicle I found (online) that fit my needs kept getting sold or was a VW Routan (ummm lets not and say we did). Eventually

I bought a car from here about 2 years ago. About 6 months after the purchase, the dashboard lights started lighting up. It didn't bother me until recently, the a/c and blinkers stopped working. Took it to a mechanic and he told me the car had been in a serious accident and easily totaled. The car had a clean car fax and kow loon swore it had never been in an accident. Do yourself a favor and just go to a REAL car dealership.
I like how someone comments on every review to justify their shady actions. 2 out of 5 stars speaks for itself.

DO not trust this place.
I bought a car 6 months ago from this place. The car looked great and the sales person (the owner) assured me that car has been inspected by their in-house mechanic (they have their own mechanic shop behind the dealership).
2 month later the car starts to overheat and lose oil.
I took the car to my usual mechanic and they said the engine has major flaw and I have to replace the ENGINE.
Since I had a hard time to believe I took the car to 2 other mechanics and all confirmed that the engine has a huge problem. And both told me that there was no possible way the seller

I took my son to buy a car. We found a Subaru STI and took it to a mechanic for an inspection. Having been told the car appeared in decent condition, we purchased it and drove home. Within 2 hours it started over heating. I called the dealership and was told not to worry, that they would repair. At my cost I had the car towed back. After a "fix" was completed, not more than 10 min out, it over heated again. Again they promised to repair. My son spent all day Sat waiting for the repair. This time he got 40 away and over heating began again. Again, the car was towed at my expense back

I almost didn't want to go to this place because of all the bad reviews but as you may have noticed, Quang has replied to every single one of them with a valid explanation. So I took a chance and decided to email him in regards to a 2004 Toyota Prius..
I was involved in a total loss accident with a similar car and wanted to replace my totalled car for the same kind.. Unfortunately, I still owed money on the totalled car and the bank had numerous restrictions as to what car I was able to get for a replacement.. I was given what they call a substitution of collateral loan, something I had never

Wow, where to start. Let's start with lies, dishonesty and plain ol scamming. We actually bought our van from them, trading in our car at the same time. First off, the guy at the dealership comes off nice, and friendly (of course). We negotiate a deal, he verbally agrees to a price for our trade in.
So we go ahead with the deal, I felt somewhat confident and thought that this nice guy wouldn't do me wrong. Man was I wrong. On the paperwork he credited me for $1000 less for my trade in, and factored the difference into the loan. Then, the van that we bought, two months later
