I came in today with my girlfriend looking for a used car to purchase as a commuter car, I inquired online and was told someone is trying to purchase the car if it falls through they will let me know and I can come in to check out the car. I received a call about an hour later letting me know the purchase fell through and to come in to look at the car. My initial sales adviser was Julio he was amazing, the 1 star is not for him he deserves 5 stars

I came here 2 months ago for service on my QX60. The service advisor was great. Came back for the New QX60 unveil Mathew santos was great helping me reserve one. He helped me get one sooner then expected . He wasn’t able to be present at time of purchase but hand it over to Phillip Miller he provided courteous and excellent service. From the first time I visited this location I felt like a friend rather than just a dollar sign. I would recommend my family and friends to come here.

Was looking for a cpo q50. had to drive 40 miles to san jose infiniti. they had the the best selection in the bay area. met up with tony brooks and looked at a bunch of cars, narrowing down to the one i wanted. tony was there to show me the cars, answer the questions, and let me do the test drives. it went well, so i came back another day, found tony and did it again! no problems, tony was glad to help. could not find any reason not to buy the car. he even offered to deliver the car to me. the sale went smooth and i am so happy i went to san jose. very pleasant vibe, no pressure, good looking

I was invited to come in for an interview on 11/6 with the general manager Adel. My appointment is at 1:30pm. I wait in the lobby until it is 1:45pm. The Sales Manager Mr. Pham greets me. He asked me to repeat my name twice and ignored it and told me to come into his office while ignoring my OWN NAME... how rude. He spoke to me and I then spoke to Mr. Depriest, General Sales Manager. I brought one of the cars in for service today, oil/filter, tires (the front ones are bald) and brakes perhaps, but asked them to do the multipoint inspection so they tell me what needs to be fixed.
I always get a loaner from them.
However the new guy Kevin wouldn't give me a loaner, and the next guy up (their actual manager wasn't around I believe) would not either. The other guy Tyler who has been the main guy I always brought the

This dealership is shady! Even when they knew they were wrong and falsely advertised what they were selling, they refused to meet me half way on a resolution. I lost $10k because of this dealership, and not only will I NEVER buy another car from here, I will be sure to let EVERYONE I KNOW, to never buy a car from here. Even management lacks the integrity and manners it takes to speak to a potential client with legitimate concerns. I wouldn't recommend this band of swindlers to anyone I know, avoid at all costs.

Infiniti of San Jose reached out to me regarding my damaged roof top. After further inspection I was told the damage to the roof top was done prior to the car arriving to the dealership and was unknown to them as well. They have agreed to correct the problem as customer satisfaction is their top priority. I appreciate Richey Barnes and his team for taking the time to help me with the situation that was at hand. We went to the Infiniti of San Jose to check out a certified preowned QX50. The salesman who talked to us (Joe) was super cold and had no interest at all in the job he was doing. He barely answered the questions we asked. He even forgot to return my drivers license, and did not call me when he kept the license with him. During the test drive, he was barely wearing the mask which was very risky. Very unprofessional. The car I test drove was terrible and barely accelerated. So it was an easy decision for me to look somewhere else. Terrible experience in general, and I will never be back.

My family has been on the market for an Infiniti Q50S specifically the Iridium blue color. With the closing of Infiniti in San Francisco and Stevens Creek, we decided to come here. We came here a total of three times and finally walked out with one on the third try with an AMAZING sales advisor.

As we search for a Lexus 350 for my dear friend whom just recently got into a car accident, we came to this dealership in hopes that we would find a car fit our description and price range.
First off, they offer many different variety car brands, which is great, as this use to be under a different owner (according to the sales associate).
