In some situations a floor does not need a complete refinish. Buff and re-coat is our most affordable option often the entire process can be completed in only one day. We recently purchased a new house and wanted to add wood floors throughout the house. There was some existing wood flooring that needed to be sanded and repaired as well as adding an additional 1500 sqft of new flooring. Chris and Joe worked with us to begin work right after taking possession of the keys. Their estimate for how long it would take was spot on and they exceeded our expectations for merging the two floors together. KC Flooring Experts refinished hardwood floors in the whole house at a rental we had decided to sell last year. They came out amazing so we decided to refinish the kitchen and hallway in our house too and was like a total transformation from the old ugly 90's orange color to an amazing dark walnut. Should have done it years ago. Price was great and they made very little mess and stuck to their proposed schedule just like they promised. Great people! Great job. I wish I could post a picture. I had people tell me I had to carpet over my hardwood floors in a house that had been a rental for years. KC Flooring experts came in and restored them instead, for not much more than carpet was going to cost. They made 54 year old floors look better than anything you can buy brand new! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These are 63 year old floors that were painted with a dark stain against the grain. After they were finished, the beautiful grain of the wood came through and the repairs were nearly invisible. I will refer people to them anytime.
