Don’t even think of using anyone else but these guys. Met Alex off Facebook marketplace and he came out and gave me a quote cheaper for hardwood and carpet than Home Depot and Lowe’s was charging for just the hardwood. His guys even messed up while doing work for us the first time and immediately had his guys come fix it that night, followed with a gift card for the inconvenience (wasn’t even that big of a deal to us and we expressed that to him upfront). Done business with Alex a couple of times now and will continue to bring him as much business as I possibly can.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! The owner, Alex, for KC Floors LLC is the epitome of a scammer. Go around and look at any of his critical reviews, he rebuttals it and try’s to explain it away. What owner does that, unless they are trying to cover something up? He started our job bad, communicated poorly, never gave us the option to choose the type of finish on our floor...until it was already done, never finished our floor, broke our oven handle and STILL hasn’t replaced it, mentioned that he “wasn’t going to throw a brick through our window if we didn’t pay full,” constantly tries to scare you by

Alex and his team were fantastic. We did a complete remodel and Alex handled all of the flooring throughout the entire house. Everything was done on schedule and looked great. I CANNOT DISCOURAGE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS ENOUGH. My husband and I accepted Alex’s estimate to stain the wood floors in our newly purchased home. Transparent communication was difficult from the beginning and there were many questions my husband and I had to ask that we felt should have been shared up front as any good business would do. The stain options I requested were not initially brought on the first day. Alex left to go buy another stain option he said would be the color we were looking for. I had KC Floors install my kitchen, entrance, and half bath next to the entrance with super vinyl flooring. It is beautiful. Alex inspected the project and gave me a competitive estimate. I gave the go ahead and an installer named Adrian did the job. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and will not hesitate to use KC Floors in the future.

Alex and his crew did an amazing job with our upstairs carpeting. We originally was going to have Nebraska Furniture Mart install some new carpeting upstairs. Alex submitted a bid that was about $1000 less than NFM. Throughout the process, Alex kept in touch with us and made sure that we were happy. A+!

From the very start, through to finish, Alex was very informative and customer oriented. He took the time to listen about what lead us to needing our floors replaced, and was even able to match existing floor that was in a different area to the new area.
