John's Floor Care refinished all the floors in the 4 units and the staircase of my Boutique Apartment Building for a great price. They did an amazing job on the floor repairs where they were needed and in the end you could hardly tell that these areas were not part of the original floor. They were wonderful about helping me with choosing a stain and finish. John noticed the 100 year old floors were made of hard yellow pine so he recommended only polyurethane for the finish and the natural look came out amazing. I was unhappy about the finish on 1 of the 4 units and they came back and completely
