Dealing with Mo-Kan Carpet was the most bizarre experience I've ever had.
We hired a heating/cooling/plumbing company to fix a few A/C and plumbing issues at our house. In the process of these repairs, the company tore a small hole in our kitchen floor. That company hired Mo-Kan Carpet to replace our kitchen floor. Mo-Kan installed our new flooring, but when my wife got home, she noticed that she was missing a pie bird (see attached picture). We looked everywhere and didn't want to assume the worst, but we called Mo-Kan and let them know we were missing it. We also told them that the two servicemen

I truly cannot even explain how happy I am with my experience with Mo-kan! A family member referred them to us and we are forever grateful. We had a stressful home buying situation where we needed new flooring and Clay went above and beyond to work with our budget and make it happen. He was helpful and gracious from the moment I spoke with him on the phone, to our first meeting, and throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Mo-Kan Carpet, Inc. for any flooring projects! I had the pleasure of working with Clay who is beyond awesome! I was stressed and frustrated with my flooring project until I spoke with Clay. I have worked with Mo-Kan Carpet for many years. Their pricing is always very competitive and installation is timely and professional. In the construction field working with companies like Mo-Kan reduce the stress level of worry about bringing the job in at the agreed to price in the agreed to time. Their prices are reasonable and the work is of the highest quality. Bill was very accommodating with last minute changes in schedule and was prompt in filling out all paperwork.
