Bought a replacement key fob for my car that had to be cut and programmed. It was a difficult car to program keys for because the key I had was probably not the original key so the process took a long time. The people here are great and took the time to wait for the car to give the programming code to program a new key. The price was more than fair given the high cost of going to the dealership and the length of time it took for the car to give the code. Elmer's will be the first locksmith we call for any locksmith needs in the future.

Called 3 different locksmiths to address an issue we were have at our office. The first two bids were $2,000 and $1,000. Josh and Wade came out to bid also offered to do the same scope of work for around $800, but then offered another alternative that was less $200. Very Impressed that they did that, showed they were honest and looking out for the customer. They will be the first locksmith called, next time we Need a locksmith!

We had trouble with our patio door, and he helped get the bolt unstuck. He fixed my door until I could get a replacement part, and said he would install it without a destination fee. Also, he said to call Andersen just to ensure I got the right part. I called Andersen, and they looked up the door, and the entire door was under warranty, so I got the part for free! Thanks so much for your help!
