I don't usually write reviews but in this case I have to because it has become increasingly difficult to find solid service companies with integrity to hire.
I called Mark told him I was having a water pressure problem & sent a picture of the pipes. He gave me a quote and was able to come out a few of days later. I was so happy with the fast appointment given the Christmas holiday and it would make it challenging with cooking and guest trying to shower etc.
Mark came out and was able to increase the pressure with by making an adjustment to the valve first and it worked.
Now, that honesty and

Mark at Top Notch is awesome! Our toilet was having issues and I reached out to Mark on Yelp - he was quick to respond and come out. We decided to have the toilet replaced and Mark picked up the toilet of our choice from the store and installed it two days later. Couldn't be happier with Top Notch and now I have my go-to plumber that I'll use for all our future plumbing needs.

Great experience with Mark and his team! Wanted to get a water softener installed, and a lot of the competitors wanted to pressure me into buying one through them and also quoted insane labor prices. Mark recognized that I already knew what I wanted and was much more reasonable with his pricing. Arrived on time and provided high quality work. Also was kind enough to give me an overview of the water softener operation and maintenance. Would definitely call again for future plumbing needs!

Top Notch Plumbing and Drain came out to install a water softener. Mark was the technician that came to do the install. He was courteous, friendly and professional. Showed up early! Did a terrific job on the install and left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. I would not hesitate to use them again.

This business is a class act. I contacted Mark almost a year ago for a quote on a water softener, and some other improvements, and when finally ready, I called him back and he said he would honor his original quote. The price was very fair and beat several others we had researched in the time since the quote. We scheduled installation of the softener just a few days out, and Mark arrived as scheduled, giving me notice when he was on his way, and installed the softener in good time. He provided great instructions on use and maintenance, and I felt more like a friend than just a quick customer. When
