I hired Madden Construction to do a major remodel on my 118+ year old home. It was a nine month long project including foundation and seismic work, all new electrical and plumbing, new kitchen, bath, deck and addition of a bonus room. James Madden was easy to work with, responsive and accommodating and genuinely interested in making sure I was happy with the work.

We recently hired James Madden to do a remodel of our Edwardian home. The work was a 4-month project, which included some structural work, new floors, complete kitchen and bathroom remodel an entire new electrical system and many more details.
I couldn't imagine anyone better to work with than James. He personally worked on-site each day, talked to us about all of our little concerns to major details. He worked from architectural plans and also co-ordinated with a cabinet-maker that we selected.
