During Covid19 when everyone is stuck inside, when times have been difficult for many especially the elderly and sick, this company was very compassionate, professional, and fairly priced. They immediately assessed the issue and fixed the problem in less than 24 hours with my 83 year old mother’s A/C unit at a very fair price. My mother now calls Ivan and Henry her angels. Thanks to you both for acting as though she was your own mom... with the respect, and care you clearly demonstrated and by making sure my mom had A/C right away! This is my first time ever going online to write a review. Ivan has made a true believer of me, that you should do business with a company that has been tried and true. I nearly made one of the worst mistake ever, by using an AC company (ARS) before checking their reputation. After reading the many horrible reviews on Yelp, I immediately text Argon AC. Ivan actually told me the next morning that he was upset because ARS was over charging me and I had signed a contract. I feel blessed that I read those reviews and cancelled the contract at

Arcon AC, specifically Ivan & Juniel did a great job removing an old unit and replacing the new one (both interior and exterior). The managed to start the project with permits pulled on a Tuesday after quoting me that prior Saturday. Overall very professional, courteous and respectful. Highly Recommend.

A year ago I met Ivan and he was very encouraging and knowledgeable about the A/C unit that I was in desperate need of. I received a complete unit, in and outside, at a reasonable price. The service has been outstanding. I also purchased a mini-split for my flat roof area. Just recently, I had a problem with the main unit, called for service, on a Sunday, by the afternoon they showed up and I expected to be out of service for a few days. Unexpected to me, by Monday afternoon I had air. Thank you for your excellent service. This is the type of service I refer to others.

in 2010 and are very happy with his great customer service! He is professional, informative, and courteous. The customer service and dedication to excellence is unbeatable. I have had several issues with my A/C unit, and every time Ivan and his office were incredibly responsive. I was really impressed at their sincerity and work ethic. When the repair on my AC unit was going on, Ivan called me several times to update me and put all of my worries at ease and explain all the steps necessary for the repair.
