Lemus painting is incredibly good. Manuel Lemus and his sons have painted the outside and inside of our Lake Alhambra home in Davis, CA. They are an exceptional team. They do extremely high quality work and are 100% reliable. They start the work on time and they finish on time. If anything needs touch up or requires any additional work Manuel is quick to come back and fix any problem. We have gotten many compliments on the beautiful paint job he did for us. In addition, Manuel and his sons are honest, hard working, pleasant to deal with, and are willing and able to fix things like a kitchen cabinet

I couldn't give higher praise for Jose and his team. We lucked into finding Jose on Yelp when we were selling our house. I've had the pleasure of working with his team on 2 projects now and they are like friends/family now.

Project #1: windows, back door, interior moulding/trim, rebuild steps, exterior paint and change door fixtures. He helped take measurements and recommend the right window/door sizes for our house. After talking with Jose, I could walk into a store and know what I was ordering. He has recommendations for window vendors too.

Project #2: drywall, insulation

We went through about 7 or 8 estimates before we decided on hiring Jose and his crew to paint the house in the outer Sunset district. Their rates were competitive but were well worth every penny. Jose and his foreman, Johnny...were always available to answer questions and make suggestions. The crew was courteous, pleasant and highly professional. They even did some extra work and without an "extra" charge. They showed up early every day and cleaned up before they left at night. I just can't say enough nice things about Jose and his crew....especially Johnny. The house looks great

Jose did repairs to dry rot in several areas in my building and fixed /replaced doors. His bid was written clearly and priced competitively and he completed the work on time and without additional costs. Everything looks good and works properly now. Jose Lemus does all sorts of new and remodeling construction. I used his servcies for a bathroom remodel and was impressed with his professionalism. He works fast and clean, and does it right the first time. He is also a decent guy and more than willing to discuss options with you. I am demanding customer but would not change a thing he did. Rates, especially his fixed bids, are very competitive. I will use again.
