Amazing service!!!! They are honest, knowledgable, reasonable and the work was excellent. We’ve used their services many times and never been disappointed. We had two major issues we discovered two days after Christmas. Jim, the owner, responded to our call within an hour and began working on the problem, finishing up the following day.

I needed the drain line under the sink lowered to accomodate a new sink. They did an awesome job, cared about their customers. Really took the time to make it look as good as you could. Very fair pricing.

Couldn't have found a better plumber. Had a leak under the slab and was praying my travertine floors would not have to be busted up. Everything rerouted through only two drywall areas and everything was cleaned up.they're the best.

Had an older shower panel that leaked water and wouldn't shut off. After quick removal and evaluation Jon stated it was a not a name brand unit where replacement parts could be readily obtained. I expected that and purchased a panel from a different manufucturer. Jon returned a few days later and installed. New unit works far better - I think even Jon was impressed with it. Great communication from everyone lining up both appt's. He hauled away old unit for me, cleaned up area. Work done professionally and reasonable pricing. Nicely done!

What a nice experience! Truly, nothing but enjoyable from the call for an appt to Jim crawling in my attic on this hot June a.m. He just couldn't have been nicer and helped with a few other small things which is totally worth it as I get older, lol. It's not very often that things that are concerning, turn out ending this well and the customer feeling it was worth it. Very reasonable.

We just had CLW out to the house to replace a water heater. This is the third time we have worked with them. Twice now the owner gym has come out when the rest of the staff was busy to make sure our plumbing emergency didn’t get any worse and fix the problem at hand Jim and his son Wes worked until 8 PM to complete the installation. The housing for a water heater was custom built for the old unit they had to make alterations to the housing and I was very impressed with the work they did! Without fail, John has been taking care of all our plumbing and drain backups. Our home was built in 1950 so the old pipes and drains need a lot of tender loving care. We appreciate CLW attentiveness to our special needs!

I was referred to CLW be a friend after receiving some unusually high quotes and negative attitudes from 2 different large Phoenix plumbing operations. I was quoted by one of the large plumbers $700 to snake my main drain line and given multiple scenarios where I would be on the hook for much more if anything went wrong with the my old pipes while snaking the drain. I reached out to CLW, they came the following morning, assessed my situation, snaked the drain in question for $200 and completed my job within an hour. We've used CLW for about 5 years now and we cannot say enough good about them. We have watched them grow and it's no surprise with the excellent service they give. We have an old house so lots of need for a good plumber. Today we had a rocky toilet that they had installed almost 2 years ago. They came out and fixed it in no time and then charged us absolutely nothing because it was still under warranty. We didn't even know it was under warranty. We would highly recommend them! Gary was easily able to set up a time for John to come out and take a look at our plumbing situation. It became a little more urgent as a backup occurred, and fortunately they were able to accommodate me the same day, get the problem solved, and suggest some maintenance that I perform regularly to keep my pipes clean and free of any blockages. Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. I thought I could only have two, but here I am with all three.
