Woodchuck flooring saved us and we would definitely recommend them!

Anybody who was doing a remodel in 2021 knows how hard it is to find quality contractors/trades and then even harder to get on their schedule! Everyone is booked out quite a few weeks to months.

We were doing a kitchen remodel in an area that was only about 150 sq ft. After cabinets were installed, the area that needed flooring was 110 to 120 sq ft. Not a huge project, but a big deal to us because we were desperately trying to finish by Thanksgiving. Flooring needed to be put in so that cabinet guys could do final toe kicks

Woodchuck did an incredible job with our new flooring in our living room, dining room, and kitchen. They dealt with a couple of odd situations (like learning our kitchen subfloor was a different height) with ease and without crazy price-tags. We were lucky to have found them, and found their work to be impeccable. Would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone in the greater San Diego area.

We have an old craftsman with flooring that had taken on some amber shades with over time. We wanted to freshen up the space and return the wood to its natural coloring. We had Woodchuck Flooring come in and sand down the floors and refinish them. We went with a very natural stain and a satin finish. The job was flawless and exactly what we wanted. The crew had perfect communication throughout the process. Very little mess afterwards, especially considering the amount of sanding that was done. Highly recommend.

Chad and his team did an incredible job on our floors. Our 1940’s red oak floors needed refinishing as well as new flooring matched on stairs and an additional room. The result is stunning! They did a beautiful job on installing a hardwood floor throughout my entire house a couple of years ago. I did a recent small remodel in the kitchen and they did an equally beautiful job in fixing the flooring in the small area on schedule with the other workers.

Chad and his team were great. The wife and I recently completed renovations at our new townhome and Chad and his team were a pleasure to work with. From the beginning we had several questions on the type of LVP flooring we should go with and due to COVID there delays on materials. We were under a tight timeline with a baby on the way and Chad was able to find different options that worked for us and was able to obtain material and complete the install on time! Great work, great team, great experience - I'll definitely recommend them. It started with the sales team - they really earned our business by coming out multiple times and help with measuring, question and material selection.
The installers obviously have pride of work and love for the material. Everything was executed like clockwork and the team did a great job with communication. Since the bathroom vanities weren't delivered on time, the installers couldn't install the adjacent base boards. These guys are great! We have original hardwood floors from the early 1900's. An area rug left residue on our floors and it was a tricky refinish job because of their age. But the floors turned out beautifully! Can't say thank you enough for doing such a good job and taking care of us so quickly.

The people at Woodchuck were a pleasure to work with. We hired them to source some hardwood for us to install in an addition that we laced into the original hardwoods. They sanded and refinished the rest of the house when we were done and they did a great job. We did the Bona Mega Amber seal with the Bona Mega satin natural finish. 1953 original red oak hardwood floors repaired and restored, along with new wood installation where preciously there was carpet. Can't convey just how thrilled we are with the end result. I found woodchuck flooring by asking for recommendations on the Clairemont Facebook page. I immediately took to yelp to read their reviews & messaged him for an estimate. We have an old house with the original red oak wood floors but have been hiding under carpet all these years. We ripped out the carpet in the living, room, dining room & hallway. Amazing work! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to refinish hardwood flooring. Chuck and Tom did a wonderful job sanding and refinishing my hardwood floors. They were able to blend water damaged stains and scratches beyond what I thought possible. They also did a fantastic job matching new transition pieces to the original hardwood. I had a great experience with wood chuck flooring! Being a first time home owner, I shopped around a lot for quotes on our floors. We went with Chuck, not because he was the cheapest but he had a lot of experience working with floors. We chose a natural hickory floor and its a little tricky to instal if you don't have experience with it.

They were very efficient. They had our carpet etc removed, concrete foundation refinished, flooring and baseboards in in four days!
