I purchased a water softener system online, but did not have the skillset or tools to hook it up to my home's existing water-loop. I called a few local plumbers and almost none gave me a personalized response or wanted to hook up "a different companies system".
When I called Oasis, I was friendly greeted and the phone call was quick and easy. They just requested I send over images of my current water-loop and the system I have and they sent me a quote right away.

Excellent company! I started my salt-free whole house water filter search by emailing several companies. They were the only company to actually send back a quote and answered every single question I had all through email. The technician arrived on time, he was efficient, and he did a really nice job with the setup of our filters. I have used another company before for our previous house and we were overcharged and they underdelivered. We will honestly use Oasis for all of our future plumbing needs. Excellent company!

I needed a new water softener. I was referred to Oasis by Water Tec, one of the largest distributors of US made Clack WS. I discussed my needs with Bailey and we determined the Champion package was best for me. I also purchased a reverse osmosis system in the kitchen. The price was fair and it was installed the following week. Max showed up on time and was very friendly. He didn't mind me watching and asking questions. Not only was the installation performed professionally, but he left the work areas spotless. I will use Oasis for all my plumbing needs.

What a pleasure it was to deal with such a pleasant & professional company. Had Oasis install a water filtration system I purchased online. Getting an estimate and scheduling an appointment for service was very easy via email. Max arrived on time & explained the job to me before he started and finished it on time too. We contacted Oasis after seeing their truck near our neighborhood. They responded to my message through Yelp within the hour of contact and were given a lot of helpful information by Bailey. Max came to our house a day later and gave us an official quote for a whole home water filtration system and softener. Max gave us all the information we needed about the system and how it would be installed. We immediately felt comfortable with Max and scheduled him to return the next week. From the first email inquiry to the consult and installation- these guys rock!! Bailey and Max are efficient, extremely knowledgeable and pressure-free! They answered all of our questions, walked us through the best options for our home and never tried to up-sell us. Max installed our new Defender unit in 30 minutes and reassured us that we probably won't need to call him back for another 12-15 years. :) This was the BEST plumbing experience we've ever had in Las Vegas!
