Adrian and his team put a brand new roof on our home this summer, and I can't say enough good things about them. Adrian gave us a fair estimate, took charge of finding solutions when unexpected issues came up, and was communicative and responsive throughout the process. Our roof looks so good, and several neighbors have stopped by to compliment it and ask who did the work. Working with Adrian and his team was one of the lowest-stress projects we've taken on, which is saying a lot given the scale of this work!

EXCELLENT service and work! The owner Adrian is extremely friendly, honest, trustworthy, professional and patient to work with. Those factors alone made the roofing project less stressful for us because we were dealing with a roof leak after a bad storm.

After sifting through 5 roofing estimates we chose NextGen Roofing and we are so glad we did.
1. Their estimate was right in the middle of the highs and lows we received.
2. Their estimate was clear and easy to understand (its amazing how that was not true for all of the estimates)
3. Adrian was responsive throughout the estimate process.
4. Adrian was straightforward and clear about what additional costs for rot etc could potentially run.
5. They offer a ten year warranty on their work. (the lower and mid ranged priced estimates we got tended to come with 5 year or no warranty)

We just had our roof replaced and chose NextGen Roofing - they did an excellent job. We interviewed three different companies and while NextGen was the most cost effective, they also did great work. Adrian, his father Mario, and the rest of the crew were very professional and easy to work with. They were meticulous about cleaning up after themselves each day and were careful not to impact our yard or parking space. They were also very considerate with our neighbors with the noise level and parking issues. They had a full crew with 6 or so guys working daily and they finished the job well ahead

Adrian and his staff are so competent and skilled it is a delight to post a review. I called Adrian after a negative experience with a contractor who had done poor quality work. Not only was Adrian efficient he documented the problems so and provided solutions. The work was done quickly and they took great care not to have their work impact our garden. In short I have no hesitation to recommend NextGen!

Adrian,Mario,Thomas and all the staff were very considerate to not only myself but also my neighbours as getting can be Avery dirty experience.
They not only did a first class job on the roof but stayed in Communication with me during the project.
They also cleaned up daily and saw the project as a nice completion.
I would highly recommend that if you're considering replacing your roof any time soon to check in with Adrian at next gen roofing you won't be disappointed

Great experience working with Mario & Son. On-time, on-budget, cleaned up each day and did a great job. Everyone on the job was friendly, professional and responsive. Adrian did a great job of explaining the work and how they were addressing problem areas. I got 4 bids and Mario & Son was the first one - I wasted my time getting the other three. The other company's were just awful.

Fantastic experience working with Adrian and Mario. Unlike other roofers, Adrian made sure to schedule an appointment when I would be home so that we could meet in person and discuss the job. Although they weren't the lowest estimate, their price was very reasonable, with the longest guarantee anyone offered and high quality materials. I felt good about going with them. I recently worked with him to fully replace a large mostly flat roof.
He was prompt in scheduling the work out and met deadlines on a big job.
I felt like Adrian was honest about what we needed to do, versus what we could wait on. He is honest and happy to explain the process to a new home owner.

Mario Garcia and his son Adrian were just outstanding in providing us a brand new roof. Initially, Adrian gave us quotes for repairs to our leaking roof as well as a new roof. We decided on a new one and between rain days, Mario brought out a very efficient and hardworking team. In TWO DAYS, they removed our existing roof, repaired dry rot, replaced three skylights, installed the new roof with new attic vents, removed packaging, and left our property clean.
We could not recommend Mario and Son more highly. They are competitive, thorough, honest, and very nice to work with.

I cannot praise Mario and Son (aka Mario and Adrian) highly enough! They are an amazing father & son duo that have an incredible hard working crew. I had three layers on my (very old) roof, they came in on a Monday and by Friday they had scrapped all three layers, replaced all the boards with dry rot, added new plywood, all new shingles and gutter. We got to choose the shingle and gutter colors too! They worked hard, fast and cleaned up daily so our dogs could still use the backyard. I have never met such a hard working, professional company. They did a great job on my flat roof! Mario and Adrian were very easy to talk to and they gave me a quote that was much more affordable then four other quotes I received from other roofers on yelp. They were able to start work within two weeks of the quote which was a huge bonus to me and my wife considering most roofers were telling me I had to wait two months to start work. When they got rid of the old roof, they showed me what the original wood looked like including broken beams and old wood planks. They suggested using plywood to go on top of the old wood which reenforced the roof.

With the new rains my wife and I found we had a leak in our roof. It was so bad it caused some of the sheet rock in our kitchen to fall. I called a lot of roofers. Maybe 1/2 got back to me and maybe a 1/4 of them actually showed up for the estimate appointment.

I would give this company ten stars if I could! This was one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had. Mario and his son Adrian were extremely friendly, professional, communicative, prompt and did high quality work! I chose them from 5 estimates because of Adrian's relaxed communicative response to all my concerns having procrastinated getting my roof done for over 10 years. I had 2 old chimneys that needed to be removed along with 3 layers of very old roofing, plus an attic space I wanted protected. He was the only one that listened well and assured me how they would handle it.
