John was amazing! We hired them to clean the fireplace and to help us with a bird problem inside the chimney. John went straight to it and cleared everything out and put a cap on the top to prevent any future bird issues. We will definitely use your services again.

Great experience. Super nice technician. My only complaint was that he was not prepared for rainy weather and tracked some dirt in. The chimney service was clean as he laid down a tarp. He made up for it with overall service. Would recommend.

We had some birds get in our chimney and into our house which was a nightmare by itself. Nature's own came out and cleaned the chimney and removed a lot of bird nest and put on on the cap to prevent another nightmare. This company really paid attention to detail and did a phenomenal job.
