I was searching for a local based service for my air ducts cleaning. Initially I saw many positive reviews on Yelp, but thankfully I checked google reviews as well! Based on the business owners response to a recent review by a home owner on Yelp (L Morgan) I will not consider hiring this company. I hope past customers have reported this company to BBB and the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation. If he's licensed, he shouldn't be. If he's not, he's operating illegally.

He likes to run Red Lights. Ran two of them in a row westbound on Parmer Ln under 130. I was able to find him later at Parmer and Harris Branch Pkwy. See, running the two Red Lights didn't pay off. Later gave him a call to be careful and he hung up on me, very rood.

Had them cloud to clean and repair my chimney. They were out here less than an hour, charged me almost $200, and after they left, and I look at the chimney it was obviously done absolutely nothing. At this point I am going to watch a YouTube video and figure out how to clean my chimney myself. This company are among the worst of the worst and they cannot be trusted. I wish I knew one that was. They are even a member of the Better Business Bureau and when I called him up to complain about the work, he threw me a bunch of attitudes and hung up on me even though I was trying to be nice. It is hard

Monday the 9th of November I had the ducts and dryer vent cleaned in my home in Georgetown Tx. The rep from Lone Star did clean the ducts and vent but did not bag the lint and dust, and then emptied the contents into my recycle bin not the garbage bin. He also did not wear a face mask but did tell me he had had Covid 19 "3 times in Spring" which is of concern because my husband is 86 and a disabled Vietnam vet. I contacted him later when I went out to place some items in recycle and discovered the mess. He didn't remember cleaning my vent and said he would call back. He didn't call and so we emptied

I was tailgated for several miles while on Hwy 183 this morning by an overloaded service truck belonging to this company. The driver was speeding, changing lanes erratically, cutting cars off, passing on the right, passing while in exit lanes. I called the company to let them know about my concerns and the their response was "have a nice day, sir", followed by a hang-up. You decide.

Wow I’m actually shocked that the other 2 reviews are about the driving quality over 9 months ago. I also experienced a terrible driver in Austin that drove in the shoulder passing everyone over 10 miles per hour above the speed limit. He cut everyone off and was extremely unsafe. Completely distracted me and I was shocked that a vehicle representing a business would drive so carelessly. License plate number ending in 0523....

This was a complete waste of a whole day! I called for an appointment on Wednesday and he scheduled it for Friday. Understandably, he didn't give me a set time, but said it would be in the afternoon. I called him Thursday to remind him of the appointment. By 3:30 on Friday he still hadn't arrived. I called him and he acted as if he forgot, and then commented he was in South Austin, in heavy traffic. I was waiting for him at the property in North Austin, because I live South and am very aware of Austin traffic. He alluded to rescheduling the appointment the following day; however, could not give
