I got a truck from here recently and the pricing was way better for used vehicles than any other dealership I found from contoe down to them. They really helped me out and even sent me to get newer rear tires after the salesman noticed my back two were dry rotting. (They paid for them and even paid for me to have a used spare) I would definitely go back here even though it was a 2 hour drive!

These guys are amazing. I brought my car from them back in 2018. They offer me a great price and the car work great. It was reliable, it runs well and free from any problem. I am so happy with their service; I went back today to sell the same car I brought 3 years ago. I am happy to notice they still have the same sales person and the same awesome customer service. Beyond that, not only did they offer me a great price and they even offer to pay for my Uber ride back home after selling the car. I would definitely return to buy a car from them again!!!

I found these guys on cargurus. I’ve always been pretty weary of small car dealerships, but I went based on the other 5 star reviews. I purchased a 2016 Ford Transit and I am so pleased with their customer service and the environment of the dealership. This was my fastest easiest and most honest business I have ever worked with. I was in a situation where I only had a few $1000 to put down on a car and Zuri and Joad worked with me so well. They found the perfect car for me and I am so very happy. The car was clean and exactly as it was shown on the website. I got to test drive a few other cars but made the decision with the Hyundai Alantra 2017. It look like a brand new car and had low mileage. So I brought my car to this place, just a block of Westpark, and prepared myself to be shunted aside, ignored and hard pressed to sell cheap.
What I got was one of the owners, Joad, who personally drove the vehicle, then sat down with me to explain how his pricing decision was made. I know that I would've gotten more selling to a private individual, but I am convinced that I received a fair offer from MOW.

This place is amazing! I found out my old car had hit its life span and so I began to car hunt. I really did not want to deal with the circus of a dealership. Negotiations, waiting, the back and forth of sales person and management, then to top off more negotiations with the finance department. Motor on Wheels had the perfect car for a great price. Super nice staff, very patient, friendly and honest. The decision was clear; I bought my car from Motor on Wheels. Best decision ever made. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for car. Went to car max first and then went to Motor On Wheels. Joad was very nice and very very fair on price. Paid more than Carmax offered and no one usually does that. I got four offers from different places and his was by far the best. He is also very friendly and a pleasure to work with. It was super fast as well.
Any cars I may have in the future I will just go here first and if you have a car for sale you should also. Also seen some nice cars on his lot I bet he sells at a fair deal also.

They were very friendly, quick and efficient. Just like with other reviews, it seemed almost too easy but that's what I wanted. An easy transaction in selling my vehicle. I didn't get a prior appraisal with Carmax first, but I did have a vehicle inspection done for work needing to be done when I received the car from my mom and the guys at Motors on Wheels mentioned the same problem areas during the appraisal so I knew they were being honest.

Most time I feel like reviews are a hype and half of the content is not true, but this place was EASY and HONEST. Joad (the Sales Rep that helped me) didn't waste any time and was very straight forward. He offered me a GREAT price and then told me the process. The process of me selling my car literally took less than 30 mins! It was almost too easy! I've been to CarMax and Texas direct auto, and it took them at least an hour to inspect your car only to give you a LOW offer. Don't waste your time. I was also offered a free Uber ride home. Don't waste your time taking your car

Top notch service with a smile. Everyone that we encountered in the shop was very knowledgeable and friendly. Joad was awesome. Very transparent when discussing the vehicle we were interested in and a pleasure to work with. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. Zuri was also great and helpful in getting the vehicle ready. The receptionist was quite accommodating as well. They gave me top price for my trade in and we walked away feeling good about our purchase. I would definitely recommend this place to others. We will be coming back in the future for sure.

Joad was my sales representative and he made the process so easy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and did not pressure me at all. Just got done selling my car here and would highly recommend anyone looking to sell their car to go to Motor on Wheels! Great experience overall, and friendly service! The process was all done in less then an hour which I appreciated.
They beat my Texas Direct Quote by $300 and they even ordered me an uber home. Definitely can tell you it was worth my trip there to get one more quote!

Seriously the best car buying experience I've ever had. Joad has top notch customer service and I could tell he really cared about our family getting a good quality vehicle. I was a little skeptical since we drove all the way from Austin to look at this car we saw on Auto Trader, but boy was it worth it! And to top it off, after our test drive he pointed out a bubble in one of the tires so he had his guys put on the spare AND took some $$$ off the price of the car. Sounds reasonable, right?
