We used Haas to remove a load bearing wall in a home we just moved into. We hired them during the height of the COVID remodel craze in Seattle. While other contractors wouldn't give us the time of day for our project being so small, Hass treated us with respect and never once made us feel like we weren't worth their time. Their team was all very polite, and wonderful to work with. The outcome was quality work. We have larger project planned for next year and I can't imagine using anyone else. They are simply the best.

Haas built a deck for me, and it turned out great. Richard, Angel and Alfonso were fantastic to work with. They listened to what I wanted, were very responsive anytime I had a question, and did a wonderful job completing my project in a very timely manner. I would definitely use Haas again in the future.

Haas Building has now done two projects for us in West Seattle and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Both projects (Kitchen and then Bathrooms) were able to stay within timeline and Budget and communication was great throughout the duration. I had the pleasure of working with David and his team since March of 2020 when we purchased our first home. We had a brand new structured beam installed, dry wall, and interior paint done before we moved in post inspection call outs. Since, we had asked David and his team to build some storage space for us in our detached garage as there weren’t any as well as repainted our patio deck, barn door, and installed posts to hang patio lights. We recently remodeled our Kitchen with Dave and his team and we were beyond pleased not only with the outcome, but also how easy the entire process was and how smoothly everything came together. We gutted the entire room down to studs and subflooring and rebuilt it all. We were impressed with the crew's professionalism, how promptly everything was scheduled, the communication and organization, as well as how clean the entire worksite was kept. Working with Haas Building was fantastic from beginning to end and even after. I purchased an older model house and needed to have some work done to make it wheelchair accessible. Working with my architect, a few “simple” modifications became a full gut remodel. David was able to look at what I wanted to do and make some great recommendations as to what I could realistically do and stay in my budget. Haas was great to work with. Very easy to communicate with and luckily they had time to squeeze in our project in a short timeline. They helped us with waterproofing for our basement and then fixed the water damage on inside. I highly recommend them for any project!

We kicked off our remodel on March 1st of 2020. Soon thereafter, things were shutting down with Covid. Haas was on the ball and ensured the necessary supplies were ordered so our job wouldn't be slowed down.
I never felt that Haas was trying to cut corners or slap things together to get the job done. An example of this is when they were framing the bathroom, they asked where we would be hanging the towels. They wanted to ensure there was solid wood behind the drywall to the towel rods will never come loose.
