I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m so impressed with Carlos’s work ethic and business integrity that writing this recommendation for him was the least I could do. We wanted to replace our existing heating system and we did a lot of research and received several estimates. Although Castlecomfort’s estimate was not the lowest, it was done with a lot of thought to details and included quality equipment and parts. Carlos designed a new air distribution system and worked hard to deliver quality work. As a result, we didn’t just get a replacement, we got a better system. The house now warms

My upstairs AC unit was about to die on Labor Day weekend, I assumed we wouldn’t be able to get it repaired during the holiday weekend. The wife found Castle Comfort on Facebook and gave him a call, Carlos made time for us on a Sunday, and provided an in depth inspection and quote. He showed up promptly on Labor Day and found a leak in my AC line, not only did he repair the leak but conducted an inspection and repair on my downstairs AC unit with no added costs. Carlos also installed my nest thermostats and painted the wall after removing the old thermostats. I know more than I ever wanted to

I had Carlos come out to service my A/C unit. He was very prompt, he came in and did a complete diagnostic on the unite and gave me a quote on what it will cost to repair. He also explained in detail the issues and what you need to watch out for to avoid the costly breakdown of the unit. I like how he explained things keeping it simple for me to understand. Which helps when A/C issue's are not your strong suit. He made all the repairs in a very timely fashion. I normally are very suspicious of some A/C repair techs because next thing you know you are paying for things that are really not causing

Our experience was great. Castle Comfort is the Most Trusted and Affordable Air Conditioning Installation Company in San Diego County. We paid 4 (four) HVAC Company's to come out and access our broken AC. Castle Comfort is, by far, the most knowledgeable, professional, punctual, thorough with the best quality and cost of a new AC. Customer service was so great we will be using ALL our plumbing needs.

We had a great experience with Castle Comfort, they are very proffesionals, responsible, serious, extremely clean, always on time and the work was completed without delays. They installed the A/C/Heater pump last winter and they came a few days ago to double check everything was running well for the summer and in addition they replaced the filters, and cleaned up the system as part of the job (no extra charge). Quality/price ratio is the best we found in San Diego. Definetly we strongly recommend their service. Thank you very much Carlos for giving some extra quality and Comfort to our Castle!

Castle Comfort provided us with a quote we couldn't refuse when securing estimates on a AC/Heating unit during our recent remodel. Juan (the owner) was professional and supportive through the entire process. He explained the different products/units/pricing available, and made us feel comfortable by walking us through the process. He took the lead in speaking with our contractor which made the install seamless. Juan made sure he installed a unit within our budget and honored our Military and First Responder status. He was professional, timely, clean and organized which we appreciated! Our contractor
