My name is Manuel Hernandez Garibay, I am the owner of MHC plumbing. I have 20 years of experience working for different plumbing companies. I have installed, repaired, and serviced water heaters, drains, waste systems, filtration systems, water softeners and more. I recently attended the community college here in San Diego and received the certification for PHCC journey level and ABC apprenticeship training, as well as TracPipe certification.
When my husband and I purchased our home, we immediately sought plumbing services since our house did not have any washer and dryer hook-ups. I had previously met Manny and asked him to come over for an estimate. Manny came to our home almost immediately and provided a fair estimate for the work. This involved adding all of the necessary piping in the garage, including pulling up a large portion of our patio to access the existing plumbing.
We had a big leak with our water heater and a friend recommended MHG Plumbing. We called them and they showed up right away. They provided a diagnosis and recommended installing a tankless water heater system, but we decided to stay with the water heater tank, they gave us a very reasonable price. I found them to be very knowledgeable in clarifying all my questions.

Called the plumber for a leak in the wall and ended up hiring the MGH plumbing crew for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. Manny and his team were professional, courteous, on time and did a wonderful job. They took the time to answer my questions as the project went along and aided me in making decisions. I highly recommend Manny and his team for both service calls and residential remodels.

Manny and his team did a great job installing a gas line for our new stove. The drywall repair and matching of wall textures was excellent. All work was done on time, exactly as explained and at a reasonable price. Manny followed up on each phase of the project to make sure it was completed to my satisfaction. Very professional. Highly recommend them!

Avoid them if you can. We used their services as they were sent from our Home Warranty AHS, and they did not show up on time on 2 separate occasions even with a follow up the week before, as well as the day before.
The owner, Manny keeps talking about what the issue is without really knowing the facts and makes accusations and not wanting to address the real solution. They never fixed the leak in our house but rather made it even worst and had to get another company to eventually fix it.
Horrible!!!

I had a problem with my shower just 1 day after 4 guests arrived from out of town. I have a home warranty and the company assigned my service call to MHG after another plumbing company couldn't come for 5 days. I called and spoke with Manny who had not got my service order from the company yet, but nonetheless wanted to help me get the problem resolved quickly. He was incredibly professional and very accommodating. He was able to set me up for an appointment the next morning and gave me a 1 hour window (not an 8 hour one like some plumbers). This company came out to my home last week to snake my toilets as they were clogged. I just purchased the condo 2 months ago so my toilets were in clean, almost new, unmarked condition.
Now, both of my toilets are scratched up inside the bowel.
I called today and Manny the man who answered was nice and said send photos and he'd get back to me. I did, and then someone texted me the back of the invoice stating they are not responsible.
I get that, however I was given the invoice after the service, not before. I was not told that this could scratch my toilets and how did I want to proceed
