They don't wear masks...they have spoken openly about Trump while doing work so not unexpected, but didn't want to get into it as they walked into my home more than once...would have been ugly if I questioned or asked. Note to business: ask for preference, respect the the answer. Review policy when making appointment

Our garbage disposal waaaaaaas working.
The few last times it stopped I looked on YouTube for answers. I did what they said and proudly went about my day.
This time it's humming wasn't singing the tune I wanted to hear.
The Zech trucks are always in the neighborhood and have actually been in our house repairing mistakes (not mine mind you) of the past.
Of course I call Zech.
Sean showed up early, neatly replaced the disposal and was out in 40 minutes.
It would have taken me 40 aggravating days and nights.

Zech plumbing has saved us multiple times over the past 10 years in two homes. In our first home we had a leak from our kitchen sink into the garage. After one plumber made a hole in the drywall and after 5 minutes said we needed to have an entire wall opened up to see what the issue was. Then another plumber tell us we needed to jackhammer up our driveway to look for the leak. Zech plumbing came out, scoped the pipe, found the source of the leak which was in a flower bed therefore no jackhammering and overall permanent fix for a very reasonable fee.

John from Zech came out today for a clogged drain issue on our sun deck. He diagnosed the problem immediately (common area roots in pipes). John was knowledgable and friendly. It was so nice to have a qualified professional to help us in this situation.

They guy who came to work on my toilet was great. Very helpful did great work. I needed some follow up work but trying to explain it to the receptionist was futile. She didn't listen, kept talking over me and I finally gave up. You lost a customer not because of your work or your prices but because of your gate keeper.

I called regarding a suspected slab leak. John arrived within the hour. He diagnosed and isolated the leak. John quoted me a price which I felt was reasonable and within two hours his crew was able to repair the problem. My neighbor recommended this company with good success and I have to agree, my experience with stellar. Called and spoke to a gentleman, I think who is also the owner named John and talked to him about something I needed repaired or replaced. He asked me to send him a picture of the item I was talking about so I texted it to him and he immediately came back with a very fair quote on repairing my master valve in my garage. My hot water heater leaked all over my garage....yikes I called Zechs plumbing and left message at 7:00 pm. They called promptly at 8:00 in the morning gave me a fair quote and upon agreement showed up at 9:00. I was back in business by 11:00. Alex was very communicative and got the job done. After recent hot water pipe leaks, above & under slab, the condo HOA mgmt. sent Zech Plumbing to handle the immediate pipe leak repairs that affected 2 condo units in RB. We requested Zech Plumbing to handle the reroute of the old water heater in a cabinet above the dryer, to the garage to prevent another fiasco from a hot water leak. He explained the steps needed to complete the work per requirements & provided a written estimate. We obtained a 2nd estimate from another known plumber who also described the work needed. Horrible experience. Scheduled tech to come out for noise in wall we thought was a leak because it stopped when we turned off outside hose lever shutoff. Alex opened nearby sprinkler valves & determined it was just a valve not completely turned off, making the noise. 3 minutes, no repair $135!

The receptionist, Janet was very rude. When I conveyed the message to one of the owners, named Leo about my experience and the fact that all companies should think of their future profitability and growth by not putting a person like her as their representative, he got upset and cancelled my appointment. I do not recommend this company at all since it's not people oriented.

These people do not stand behind their unsatisfactory work. I've lived in my condo since 2005 with NO plumbing problems until 3/7/18 when my bathroom sink was stopped up. Zech came over and cleared everything, only to stop up again this month September 2018 -- in 6-1/2 months' time.. Leo from Zech was smugly rude and said they guarantee their work for only ONE month!!! and do not consider the problem as their problem. Wow!!!
Also had running water issue with one toilet. Zech said it was too old to fix and replaced it with a new one. Problem, the enamel of this toilet is so shoddy

I know you probably shouldn't use the word "great" when you have a plumbing problem but that is what I say about Zech. Called for an appointment and was given one for the next day. Jason arrived on time, very professional and super nice guy. Knew exactly what was wrong with the kitchen faucet and low water pressure. What I thought might be a two hour job he had it all taken care of in one. Will definitely refer them and use them again if needed.
