My mom needed to remodel her small kitchen. It was outdated, there was no counterspace, no storage and the kitchen was very tight to move around in. She chose Mark Wagner from Wagner Remodeling to remodel her kitchen. Mark is friendly, easy to work with and very knowledgeable about kitchens and baths. Mark did a tub to shower conversion with whole bathroom remodel and then full remodel of our galley kitchen. WOW! Mark is beyond skilled. His experience shows as he sticks to a very organized plan. He did all the work himself except installation of the kitchen countertops.
Priced fairly, conscientious and never missed a day. Highly recommended.

I hired Wagner Remodeling to re-do a complete kitchen remodel of my outdated kitchen. For starters they were not as pushy as the other contractors who came by to provide quotes. They were extremely helpful in providing design and product recommendations throughout the whole process. As someone who doesn't really have a design eye or know anything about the contracting world this was a huge benefit for me.

Mark Wagner was a star as he remodeled our 3 bathrooms. He is conscientious, extremely detail oriented, has expert knowledge and works like a pro. All of these things we expected, but his abilities went beyond our hopes. Mark also REPIPED our entire house plumbing, replacing old, original '80's "Quest" piping with copper throughout!

I had suspicious water stain growing bigger and bigger on our hardwood floor. I had a plumber from a different company investigate the problem; he suspected a leaking shower pan and warned me about the difficulty in getting a plumber and tiler to do the job. Luckily, I found Mark. We ended up redoing the shower. From the start to finish, Mark provided excellent work. He met with me to examine the first job and suspected a punctured drain pan and his suspicion proved correct. Mark set a very clear payment schedule and spelled out what to expect. Mark just finished up a bathroom remodel at my home and we are very happy with the finished product. He added a shower to the existing tub, new faucets, & installed new vanity. Mark completely retiled walls and floor, including a shampoo niche in the shower. The quality of the work is first class. The work was completed on time and on budget. He also took the time to point out a few things that, I might want to check on now and in the future.

Mark did a remodel on our Master Bathroom. We love it! He gave us some helpful suggestions. We love our new glass shower, and his tile work is awesome! He even moved our toilet over for better access to our cabinet. We purchased granite slab where he recommended an we were able to use it on cabinets on both bathrooms. We recommend Mark for your bathroom or kitchen remodel!

Mark did an outstanding job on two of our bathrooms which he totally gutted and built back up into extremely attractive bathrooms. His pricing for our jobs was very reasonable. He was very professional and kept a very neat footprint around the constructing.
Mark is a true craftsman and I could sense that he genuinly took presonal responsibilty and pride in his work. And it is really great looking, quality work.
Some of the more then 50 year old original plumbing down in the concrete foundation was deteriorated but mark new exactly what to do and went to work chipping out the concrete in order

I had an amazing experience working with Mark for a total kitchen remodel a few years ago after my kitchen flooded and was gutted by plumbers who were sent in by my condo association. My kitchen turned out beautiful and Mark exceeded all of my expectations. He helped make my first experience with a contractor positive and seamless. I've used Wagner Tile a few times and I'm just now getting around to writing a review.
I first used WT to install a large garden tub and the cement board around the tub/shower. I'm pretty handy and finished the rest of the job myself, but I'm glad I was able to find an expert willing to do a "smaller" job.
Since my first job went well with Wagner, I decided to use them again for a complete remodel of our guest bathroom. I did all the demo work, and a week later Wagner had already finished the job to my satisfaction.
I would definitely use Wagner Tile again

Mark was great for the remodel of our master bathroom. I contacted him via email and he promptly came out to our house and gave us an estimate to demo a nasty old pink tiled shower and replace it with a sparkly new glass enclosure. The estimate was very reasonable and he was willing to work with our schedule to start the work when it was most convenient for us. He showed up on time every morning and cleaned up after himself each day. The end result of the master bath shower was really beautiful (I will try to post a picture soon). We would happily hire him again and wouldn't hesitate

I had a very good experience with Mark. He is both a plumber and tile setter which is a good combination when remodeling a bathroom and replacing a 30 year old fiberglass shower pan with a tile one. His bid was quite reasonable and his work is excellent. He does all the work himself and takes his time to do an exact job. He always showed up for the job each day he was supposed to. He knows what he is doing and is a no nonsense sort of guy. Some may find that too abrasive but it also matches my personality so I had no problems dealing with him. I was also able to do a lot of the contract
