Josh from Valley Plumbing arrived promptly and called half hour before arriving! He assessed our toilet, took some pics, waiting less than 10 mins for property management approved job, and went right to work on our toilet wax ring. He cleaned the little mess that was made, told us to wait at least 3hrs, and said we have a warranty so let them know if have any problems in the near future! Fast and efficient! Thank u Josh!
