Gold Star did a fantastic job for us, doing some repairs on our new 30-year-old house. They replaced the main water supply, water softener, toilet, faucet, valves and several other jobs. The two guys that came out to replace broken pipes under the sink and the outside wall, were so nice and curtsies and respectful. They explained everything they were doing and going to do. I knew exactly what to expect. Awesome company!

Junior was on time, neat, communicative and honest. He took the time to thoroughly assess our situation, and explain what he was doing as he did it.
Company X told us we had a cracked outgoing sewer pipe that would require jackhammering through the garage slab, capping the damaged pipe and installing a completely new sewer line. Probably in the neighborhood of 5-7.5K.
Junior, on the other hand, told us we had really dirty lines (the house is 28 years old), had no break in the line, and needed it cleaned out with a jet type tool.
So, less than 2k, and we're set to get it all fixed up on Friday

The service Gold Star Plumbing provided was absolutely top notch. From start to finish they were the most professional, consistent, and honest household services company I have worked with. I had received a quote from another reputable company first, and they came in just barely over. Because Chris took the time to educate me on the products and process, I chose to go with Gold Star. I was glad I did. My simple water heater install exposed another pretty serious problem which was a slab leak. I had a leak under the kitchen sink and called Gold Star, thinking it was going to take a week or more for them to come out and they were here in 3 days. Tony showed up and knew right away I needed a new basket strainer and then provided me with a lot knowledge on the reverse osmosis process and how it works as well as the work I was having done. When I scheduled the work to be done, Tony and Dustin showed up. They were both professional and just got off a job, so they had dirt on their boots. I asked them to wear shoe covers and proceeded to give them each a pair that I have and Dustin told me

If I could give this place a million stars I would! Cody and Richard were the best people that could’ve possibly come out to replace my water heater! They were so nice and made everything so much easier and calmer. They went above and beyond not only with fixing the water heater and pipes, but also for dealing with my crazy neighbors and helping solve the whole situation. They went out of their way to help me feel safe and Cody even took my trash out for me so I didn’t have to leave my place and deal with my neighbors. They also checked my dishwasher quickly when they didn’t even have to

I had a dripping shower that was driving me crazy! I called a few plumbing companies with no answer. I was very happy to hear Mike answer the phone at Gold Star Plumbing & Drain. Mike was very friendly and was able to schedule a technician for same day service.
I asked about Covid protocols, Mike let me know that all techs wear a mask, gloves and boot booties. That put my mind at ease (I also wore a mask for the safety of the tech)
I was kept abreast of the time the technician would arrive by a very friendly young lady, I don't recall her name.

I could not possibly say enough about Devin Peterson and his honor, integrity and work ethic. I had a slab leak that I had 3 other plumbing companies look into prior to Devin arriving yesterday afternoon.
