Carlos was fantastic to work with. I called for a second opinion on a heater problem and was thinking my system was completely fried. I was stressed out and he came in with his calming nature and was able to walk me through the situation and was actually able to fix my system on the spot! He is my absolute hero and I cannot thank him enough!! I know my old system is on it's last leg and will need to be replaced sooner rather than later and I look forward to seeing the quote he can work out for a whole new system. THANK YOU CARLOS!!!!

Jake did a great job assessing the issue and describing the problem. He took a picture of the offending pipe and let me know then gave a quote. He was able to complete the job the next day. Very pleased with the work. Very pleased with both the price (another company had quoted a much higher and fibbed on what needed to be completed). I will have any future work done with Carini after how honest they were with us.

John at Carini came out to the house and spent a considerable amount of time assessing my HVAC needs. He did a thorough evaluation and we decided one mini split unit in the master bedroom would be compatible with my current central HVAC unit. The process from start to finish was easy. The installers were professional and friendly. John made sure all my questions were answered and that I knew how to operate the unit. He also assisted me w/ the rebate paperwork. The service I received from Carini was 5 star and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Very professional. On time, neat. We had a pretty major project. Multiple split units in rooms and central air furnace for downstairs. The guys worked hard to minimize impact to us and the house and get us what we were needing for our lifestyle. Everything was at or better than expected.

The valve going to the water heater was leaking. I messaged the company the agent responding was quick, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to fit me in sooner than expected. The tech that arrived was professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Highly recommend the company and their staff.

I called Carini for a plumbing emergency and they were so great, sent someone out faster than any other company I called and saved the day! They communicate via email, phone, and text which made it easy for me to coordinate. I was out of the country when this pluming emergency happened and were great in coordinating with my friend who came to help. They took my payment over the phone and just made everything so easy.
