Arcadia Construction was founded in 2013 by Joshua Pams. Joshua's career started in 2009 after he graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Construction Management. It didn't take long for Joshua to climb up the ladder from a Project Manager to a Superintendent where he managed the production of over 100 homes!

Josh was an absolute lifesaver and I can't even explain how much he helped me. I called him while looking for a contractor because I had some ceilings leaking in a newly remodeled house. I live out of state and was having multiple issues with a house I own. He told me not to worry, that he could take care of everything and he did! It's really hard needing a big job done on a house while out of state but Josh made everything easy. He was always available by phone or text and kept my tenant and me up to date on everything that was going on. He sent pictures and even videos while the work was being

Josh and his team were excellent. We needed roof/attic/ceiling & dry wall/paint work after the big winter storm. From beginning to end everyone was friendly, professional, showed up when they said they would, worked quickly, cleaned up and always went over what was completed each day with me. Josh was responsive to texts and calls and always made sure things were running smoothly. It was nice to have only one point of contact for all of these pieces of our home repair rather than having to hire multiple companies. Highly recommend!

Josh and his team were incredible! We interviewed 6 contractors before deciding to go with Arcardia. Right away, Josh's manner and his intelligence stood out to my husband and me, but what really swayed us is his ability to communicate all aspects of the project in a clear and defined way. I felt like he was a teacher, we were his pupils, his timeline was our syllabus, and Josh's every milestone was an assignment that his team earned an A+ on!

Josh was a dream to work with. He was extremely thorough from the bid process all the way through the job. His team worked quickly and neatly, working long hours to get our job done within our tight deadline. He was easy to communicate with and was always very responsive. Josh remodeled my master bathroom starting in July and finished in Sept. I interviewed 6 different contractors and ended up with Josh because he had a very competitive price and seemed laid back and easy to work with. The work was performed by his old tile guy Ricky and Ricky did an amazing job. Ricky and Josh no longer work together. The job took much longer than originally quoted but that was not on Josh, that was on Ricky and that is part of the reason they don't work together anymore. Josh would check on the work site regularly and make sure I was happy and checked to see if I had any concerns

Austin, I'm warning you....do not HIRE....I have to take Joshua Pams to court. He does not know what he is doing. I have to hire someone to fix all his mistakes, with the short list of items he completed. I don't know where you can post pictures, but I will gladly post. This construction company has been my worst construction nightmare. My cabinets that he painted....are chipping after a couple of days (and our kitchen isn't even being used as it's under construction). They look terrible when you feel and look close. He did not sand the lacquer off of my solid wood doors and the paint is not adhering

We had Josh and his team do some work for us at my business Jet’s Pizza. We needed to do some remodeling in the back of our store to accommodate our growth. Josh and his team did a fantastic job getting this done for us in a professional and timely manner. It has really helped our business run more efficiently.
