We have worked with Bryan on a total of 3 projects. The first one was making an almost 100 year old structure livable. Not only is it livable but each day that we live in it we are overwhelmed with its perfection (in our eyes, at least). We were faced with new issues at every step of the project and Bryan had an amazing ability to deal with each one, whether it was structural, design or aesthetically related. Working with Bryan and his group of contractors was great! He took care of every detail and question that I had, so I didn’t have to worry about any of the moving parts……he had the job planned out and ready to go, with hard dates and follow through. After our kitchen remodel came out picture perfect, he then did a smaller job at my son’s condo in Loveland. It too, turned out great. Thank you BLine Construction! I definitely recommend using this company!

I got the recommendation for B-line from an online network of local moms. I am glad I did! Bryan was very responsive, trustworthy, and timely (even during the middle of the pandemic when labor and materials were all hard to come by). He finished our project on time, on budget, and to our satisfaction. I never expected to have such a great experience with a contractor.

Unfortunately I can't even rate B-Line's and Bryan's performance other than it was like pulling teeth trying to get an estimate and quote. After 2 weeks of contacting, I finally was able to get Bryan to come out to create a quote for a few projects (Basement buildout, etc). Unfortunately, after he came out he was completely unresponsive and I have yet to hear from him for over 4 months despite me reaching out a number of times. Bummer.

I cannot speak more highly of Bryan or his team - prompt, hardworking, honest, fair, excellent quality. From adding shade to a backyard pergola, to finishing a basement gym space, to adding a custom wet bar - these guys can do it all while showing up when they say they will show up and providing clear communication and expectations around the project plan.

My experience with B-Line was amazing. From the beginning to the end, the team worked hard to stay on track timeline wise. They were also able to save me some money on one part of the project which enabled me to do a "want to" renovation that was not part of the "have to" renovation. I highly recommend Bryan to oversee the project and Mark to keep the project on track. I still have projects left in my house and will use B-Line again.

Bryan and his team are great to work with, they are detail oriented and work through challenges with everyone's best interest in mind. Have you ever wanted to live your own version of a home makeover television show? Unfortunately we had to sell my father's home after he passed, we had an opportunity to do exactly this.
We were able to transform our childhood home into a modern and amazing space, I know my Dad would have been proud of.
Most people want to come in and do the basic or the minimal, or charge you for the extreme detail, Brian and his crew, are the most accommodating people I've ever worked with. I've worked a lot of construction individuals and entities in my time.
I will say that Brian literally, was the best
