Our system went out Monday midnight called Tuesday morning said someone would be out in the afternoon tech called to say when he would be there arrived on time pleasant guy found the problem explained and fixed

Service team was responsive but the installation team was incredibly slow to return calls to simply schedule an appointment for an estimate on a new unit. I had a far superior customer experience with Mansfield Sales & Service on Oak Island.

We had our AC unit serviced by Mansfield Brothers and the service tech was amazing but unfortunately we would need to get a new unit ASAP. We called back to Mansfield and left several messages to get a new unit. After weeks of calling with NO return calls my husband and I are left with no choice but to find someone else. We loved the service we received from the tech and really wanted to use the company based on him but evidently they don't need any more customer. We are very disappointed.

We recently had some propane lines extended for a fire pit and grill for a new patio we had installed. Jay Lewis provided the upfront info for the quote and scheduling. The team was on time and did a nice clean install. There was a minor hiccup after installation and Jay was out within a half hour to handle it.
If you want on time, friendly along with fair pricing, look no further.

Ran out of LP - called and they were out within less than an hour! The driver made sure all pilots were functioning and restarted properly. Have not gotten this type of service from anyone in years.

WOW! That’s all I can say about my impression of this company. HVAC is my lifelong career and I work in a neighboring area, so when my uncle needed his 15+ year old HVAC units replaced I recommended this company after making several repairs to get him through until he could manage the cost of replacing the units. We had a tank installed, gas lines run to a new cooktop and fireplace. They handled everything from obtaining permits and scheduling inspections to installation. Awesome job by this company.

Called Mansfield about an AC unit that is 16 years old, works great, but made a loud rattling noise every time it started. They were able to fit me in their schedule, arrived on time and their tech Bryan quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem for a very reasonable price. In addition he inspected our other unit and cleaned an almost clogged AC drain on it. Bryan also gave us suggestions about not replacing our old units until they develop more serious problems- which saves us money (for now). We are extremely pleased with the fast, friendly service and reasonable price.

We signed up for a service contract and just had our first service. Eric was our technician and he was awesome. Professional and very knowledgeable. Besides the service call he helped us with lots of questions, since we just bought this home two months ago. I would highly recommend Mansfield Brothers!
