This is an Amazing company. Our HVAC went out with a house full of guest on the way soon to attend a wedding here on OKI. One call to Jimmy Hall and Son and they was here so fast I couldn’t believe it. Their technician was so knowledgeable and professional and evaluated the problem quickly. Parts were ordered and installed and had us back to normal with time to spare. The communication with this company is the best I have ever experienced. I just had to give them a huge shout out and say “Thank You”!

The Owner has personally came out in the middle of the night to help with large electrical issues. They are fair and reasonable. They are the only ones I call for HVAC or Electrical. Jimmy Hall& sons have worked on my home and several rental property projects and repair. My experience is Jerry, the son and he and his team are outstanding at repairs and installations. I have come to trust Jerry and his recommendations.
His team shows up when needed and scheduled and they do a great quality job.

Jimmy Hall and Sons just installed an entire HVAC system in my new house as well as all of the wiring & electrical. I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. They showed up when they said they would & were communicative from start to finish. There was never a moment where I felt out of the loop. Absolutely amazing people!! Thanks Jimmy!

Jimmy Hall deserves ZERO STARS! This is a home he build in conjunction with Ken Kiser Homes on Oak Island. We just happen to be unlucky enough to purchase this from Jimmy Hall and uncovered this mess!
The entire first floor has rotted all the way down to floor joists which need replaced! We found many code violations. This house was built only four years ago by Jimmy and Ken. Due to his lack of knowledge, poor quality products and blatant irresponsible instalation of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical we now are in debt close to $70-80k in damages caused by his negligence. Beware if you use him and

I live in the Charlotte area and we are blessed to have a home at Oak Island also. I've been in the heating and air industry for 14 years. If you live or have a rental property around Oak Island and you need heating and air service this is the only choice. I've tried two other companies on the island and I can honestly say Hall and Son are in a league of their own. Quality and fair pricing are what they provide. If you want to keep your system in top performance and try to keep from having service calls have them look at your system on a preventative maintenance plan . These guys are my go to guys

Don't hesitate to call these folks! Terry Kirby was the technician who came to my home within 30 minutes of my call, and today is Memorial Day! I have a 30 year old system and was not in a position to replace it, but he found a leak, fixed it and had me up and running in just a little while. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Was able to use a credit card which was very helpful. I will certainly call Jimmy Hall and Son again in the future.

THE HOTTEST NAME IN COOLING AND AIR!! When the AC stopped working (during the first 80 degrees plus week of the year) my daughter called the other guys from a big splashy billboard near our house...the guy showed up, looked at the HVAC unit, looked at lines upstairs and said yeah you have leaks both places... walked to his truck and left...*cue crickets*...2 days later the "boss" of the company comes by and says "Yeah, you need to by a whole new unit, we can go ahead and do that for you." Well, we couldn't afford to do that after just moving into a new home and having 2
