This was the saddest excuse of a dealership. I went because of the reviews. They had to be fake. There were about 20-30 cars piled in a small parking lot. Every paper no warranty. There was nothing appealing.

Place is a joke. Owner is a liar and a thief! Sold us a car as is, told us we could take it to our mechanic and have it looked at. He lied. The car didn't last 6 months and it DIED! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

I repeat do not take your car to this place for any service. i brought my suv for spark plugs replacement. they didnt even touch my car and also proceeded to say i had fluid in my engine. when i brought it to the dealer they said nothing was done to my car and that the sparkplugs were not replaced. these people are scammers.

Went here to buy a truck was a great deal we agreed no money down and no first months payment as long as advertised the company which i did they broke the contract took the truck from me what ever you do i repeat dont go here scammers and hacks

Got a car there about a year ago
It ran hot within the first week of me buying it
Had no AC & a bad electrical system
I paid 2700 for it and was only able to sell it for 350 dollars bc it was so raggedy ..

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Dealership places ads on line using fraudulent information such as "includes air conditioning". Upon inspecting the vehicle, the AC wasn't working and dealership refuses to adjust price. They are purposely using bait and switch techniques and refuse to adjust pricing because of their false advertising.
REPORTED TO BBB for BAIT AND SWITCH advertising.
AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF

If I could give this company zero stars, I surely would. Padela Motors LLC is a con-artist; DO NOT SHOP HERE! I purchased a Volkswagon Jetta from here less than three weeks ago and have had problems with it since I drove it off their crap lot. Within the first week of owning the vehicle, it had to be taken to Padela's recommended auto center so that the AC compressor could be replaced. It took them a whole week to repair this. After my car left that shop, it drove for two days before having to be towed to a different repair shop. I had to fork out $1000+ to have the fuel line, radiator, gas

I purchased a Ford F-150 from Padela Motors and was told at purchase that the truck had been re-painted. Within 90 days the truck's paint began to peel off. I returned to Padela's salesperson and was told to contact the Hispanic painter that painted the truck. After 3 tries I never was able to contact him, learning later that the painter had gone to jail. The painter did not prep or sand the original paint job properly before re-painting. My truck continues to peel and it will need over $2,000 to re-paint it properly. Twice I returned and talked with the owner. He refused to do anything

Bought my first car here, it was a great choice that I made. At first I was debating on buying a new or used car, afraid that if I buy a used car it will break down soon enough, and there would be too many problems, and just an every day stress. But as I came to Padela Motors, the very friendly and helpful employee's guided me through the process, with a very reliable car, at a very reasonable price.
