NEVER buy anything here, unless you’ve had a good mechanic check it out first!. I bought a Jeep Liberty at Roadsters online. I asked them to check it over thoroughly, because I was flying in and driving it back to Arizona. To be fair, I did NOT do my due diligence when buying the Jeep. I flew in (not feeling well). I got to the dealership, and it was raining. I said “screw it” signed the paperwork and hit the road. The Jeep died within the first hour of my return trip. I had it towed to a Jeep dealership who told me it was throwing 18 different codes. I’m good at repairing vehicles and

I would never buy a vehicle from this place again and it was my mistake to not have a dealership look at it but I bought the truck for $15000 right after I got it I had to put $5000 into it and just recently I had to put $4200 in it So it's about a total of $13000 they are totally a rip off place I would never recommend buying from these people They are horrible. There vehicles are junk! 😡😡😡

I am a HAPPY CUSTOMER so far. Roadsters Auto has great customer service: they always answer their phone, they gave me a Free Carfax when I asked, they gave me a good discount from the listed price, and they were willing to wait 3hrs after their office hours for me because I was late. Months ago, I bought a Buick LeSabre from Roadsters Auto, and I drove it back home for 1000+ Miles. It drove with no problem. WARNING however, the pictures on Roadsters Auto website are professionally taking, thus there are scratches and dents that can only be seeing in person.

They sold a vehicle with a warranty that didn’t apply to the vehicle that had an $11,000 transmission and transfer case failure within 100 miles of driving after delivery and they refused to contribute to the cost to us of their mistake. Here are the specific details.
They sold us a 2013 Yukon with an accompanying warranty sold through them, by them, and as part of the purchase agreement for the vehicle, that was represented as in force at the time of purchase. From their website and eBay listings, you can see they regularly sell SUVs with aftermarket tires or equipment. So, they should know

Sam is a crook plain and simple. I read all the negative reviews and thought it couldn't happen to me. It did. I'm writing this while sitting in the 2005 Tundra that I bought from him 2 days ago that is now stuck on the side of the road. I traveled all the way from California to buy the truck and the pictures severely misrepresented the truck. I have discovered the following problems after owning the truck for two days:
Expansive, deep rust all over the frame and suspension components.

This was our second time purchasing a car from roadsters auto and we can't speak more highly of this place! They were recommended to us a few years ago and beat all other dealers' prices. When it was time to replace our second car, we shopped around online and found their prices still can't be beat. And the buying process was quick and easy! I bought a car here earlier this month. The gentleman (unfortunately I don't remember his name) who sold me the car was reasonable and listened to me as I pointed out some of the issues that the car had and was willing to lower the initial asking price. There was little to no haggling involved and ultimately I believe I got a pretty good deal on the car I bought. They also had no qualms about letting me taking their car for a few hours for a pre-purchase inspection, a sign of trust in the customer. If you like any of the vehicles that they have in stock, go visit and take a look at them! I

Great buying experience. So much better than any of the other dealerships. The staff is super friendly and very low pressure. They gave us a great deal on our Mini Cooper and helped us a lot with our trade in.

Scammers, the vehicle I looked at was in worse shape than it appeared in the online photos. Went back and looked closer at the photos and they were edited. On the test drive, needed a lot of maintenance too. If your seriously considering purchasing a vehicle here best to get an independent shop to look it over. Definitely don't buy over the internet sight unseen.

I believe the car was in good shape before Roadsters Auto "upgraded" it. Roadsters added new larger tires, front bumper, a lift kit, two sets of fog lights, and a roof rack.
Most of the hardware was good. Roadsters electrician cut a lot of corners and I'm now paying for it. A few things regarding the electrical:
1. The lights don't turn off with the car
2. The alarm randomly goes off - I had a mechanic fix this who said it was related to the wiring of the fog lights that roadsters added
3. And my favorite, to install the front fog lights/bumper/winch, the battery had to

DO NOT trust this dealer. They completely misrepresent the condition of their vehicles. I purchased a used vehicle from this place and when I received the vehicle it didn't even look like the same vehicle from the pictures. The pictures used some type of lighting (or photoshop) to hide the condition of the vehicle. Roadsters Auto actually removed the check engine light to hide the fact that the car was throwing multiple codes including, front impact detection (the cars vehicle report showed no accidents), evap system leaks, and transmission overtemp. Beware!! Of Roadsters AUto in Texas this company and its owner is a scam and a rip off. The advertise high mileage junk cars thru eBay and roadster auto.com. I bought a van from this co. Listed thru eBay. I was offered an incentive by company owner to pay direct instead of paying thru eBay. Company owner lied about the car fax report and was very responsive to my calls until he relieved my payment of 13000 in full.
