Vernon Chang was the service advisor who took care of my S3, he was very helpful and knowledgeable, and also informed me about a recall on my car, as it would take a couple hours he suggested some very nice places to have lunch while my car was being serviced. The entire Silvercar rental experience here went very smoothly, and this dealership went above and beyond what I would expect of them. They are not allowed to deliver the car to the Miami airport, so we had to secure our own ride to the dealership. The ride turned out to be a bit of a ripoff and way overpriced, so Anna of Silvercar went out of her way to accommodate us for the ride on the way back, arranging a Lyft for us. I know, I know, who reviews a car dealership right? I'm on car number three from Audi North Miami, I know the deal you get on a vehicle is relative to a lot of ambiguous factors so I won't speak to whether you can get a good deal here or not (though I feel I have each time). I will speak to their service department specifically here though, I've worked with a few of their reps and can't really say I've once had a bad experience. PSA!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY!!! INCOMPETENT, RUDE AND DOWNRIGHT DISRESPECTFUL. Reps were caught in their web of lies several times and had no other option than to hang up when they were asked to right a situation. They sold us a car that was not what they had made it seem to be. The vehicle has MANY issues than what they claimed. They recommended I take the car to a mechanic they have a close relationship with, for a pre-purchase inspection. Today a little after 12pm when I was driving to work, near Miami Gardens and the school Ojus, the courtesy driver from this dealership driving a small Black Audi SUV with a Female driver (I believe the license plate ended in I48 or something similar ) cut me off almost hitting my car because she was on the wrong turning lane I guess. After I avoided her hitting me she stuck out the middle finger at me while also speaking on the phone meaning her hands weren't even on the wheel. Would not recommend this dealership. Purchased an Audi pre-owned vehicle online from Audi North Miami. It was delivered with a broken key, bad tires and brakes and the alignment was off. They only offered to cover the alignment and refused to assist at all with the other issues. They feel squealing brakes and tires with 3 to 4 tread depth are acceptable for a pre-owned vehicle. Escalated the matter to no avail. Have to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket now to address the issues.

Have leased four audis over past years and now they inform me loner cars are not guaranteed. What a horrible way to do business. I make an appointment drive an hour only to be told we have no cars for you, but we can shuttle you to you meeting. No way! If people aren't returning the loaner cars on time that is you problem not mine! Besides, you cars are nice, clean and convenient but l prefer my own car. I was very disappointed. You need to change the Audi service personnel. I gave my car to audi service to replace the broken glass. And I left my airpods in the car, when I took the car, they weren't in the car, the manager suggested I search through the app to find my airpods . We'll deal with this later, it's an unpleasant feeling when you lose confidence in the dealer. Next, the glass was installed, but the sealing rubber bands were installed incorrectly, they just stuck out. Outstanding experience purchasing my 2020 Audi Q3 at Audi North Miami from start to finish. I highly recommend Felipe Silva in Sales. We have all heard the urban legend of the "German Car Dealership" repair fees.
I have my first 2015 Audi A4 and found myself with a "dealer only" repair. I took my car to Audi of N Miami and hoped for the best.
Please understand I'm a working man with 2 little boys and make Toyota money at best but still decided to buy myself my first 3rd party pre owned luxury vehicle despite all the opinions out there related to repairs etc.
I met with Yelson Maradiaga who was very welcoming and professional. I told him what the situation was and he immediately advised the issue but

I went in this past weekend to simply browse the inventory. I didn't have pressure from a single sales person and had the freedom to browse the inventory on my own. There was one car I was interested in with a great price point but the doors were locked. I asked for help and got help fairly quickly from Zaur Novruzaliyev. I took the car for a test drive and decided I wanted that car. Zaur was very friendly and professional and helped me put together various financing options and scenarios. Zaur also helped me trade in my old Honda and helped me get quoted for insurance in Florida.

I serviced my car today and I am surprised that I have to give Audi such a horrible review. This is my second Audi with this dealership and my service experience through the years was alway wonderful. Today was so uncomfortable. The service person assigned to me was cold and unfriendly to start. She was constantly up-selling and when I asked for explanation etc she treated me like I was stupid. 3x no call back although promised,
called in the morning of scheduled valet pick up, got confirmation that everything is on schedule.
1:30h after scheduled pick up I call again to be told that Audi is not offering valet pick up.

We worked with Stefan and Daniel last week to purchase a CPO Q8. It was probably the smoothest experience we ever had. With the pandemic happening, I had concern about spending too much time at the dealership. Stefan though knew how to handle the situation. Even before we came in for a test drive he got most of my information so that the finance dept could work on securing a loan before I even arrived. My experience for buying/leasing was not the best at all they actually tried to get over on me, but after walking out they called me the next day to apologize and make everything right. I ended up leasing here and I've been happy ever since. I love Audi, they're a great company.

First of, I have the say this place looks great. My wife and I both were very impressed about this dealership. The building is huge, and they must got like 10 or 15 cars in display on the floor. Any models you could think of an Audi, they probably had it on the floor.
