I moved with Jackson Movers from Chicago to Dallas TX, I was worried because There is alot of horror stories about moving. I chose Jackson Movers because the sales team really did their best to make everything go smoothly. Our movers came on time and packed and loaded everything into the truck, I received my items in Dallas about a week later and they placed everything for me where it needed to go. I was very happy with them, customer service was also easy to work with.

The entire process was terrible. I was called on a Friday late afternoon and told that my stuff would be delivered either Sunday or Monday. The driver calls me late Friday night saying he would be delivering to me the next day, Saturday at 8am. He then asks if I will be paying cash. I told him no, I paid with my credit card for that last transaction and I want to use the same card. After some back and forth on payment he said his boss would be calling me, which he did not. Saturday morning, no driver, no truck, no call, no text. I call the driver @8:15 to see what is going on. Is he delivering

I used Jackson movers for an interstate move and When I received my stuff, I noticed some of my items were missing and it looked like they were stolen. I filed a claim and I was offered a ridiculous amount that was not worth closed to my stolen items.
I regret using this business. They are absolutely terrible. Not only do they steal your stuff, they give you a delivery date that they can’t keep to.

Worst moving company ever completely unprofessional and lack respect for their women clientele. Every interaction I have had to put my husband on the phone because they believe that speaking over myself or talking to me like a child or with a lack of respect is okay, especially being that I am paying them is mind boggling. They tried to scam me out of money at pick up, lied about my paying per item vs by the cubic feet that I paid for and managed to leave without filling the space I paid for. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. They are liars, scammers, and disrespectful. Customer service

I thought I was using a reputable moving company until it came to the week of my supposed delivery. The movers were somewhat professional. I did find one of the movers was smoking in my house. He quickly put the cigarette out. Back to the day of my delivery, it never came. I was told that I would get my stuff in 21 days from the time my stuff got picked up which was 9/24/2021. My stuff was scheduled to be delivered 10/14/2021. I never received a confirmation email the week of my delivery so I called and was told something completely different. You get what you pay for, I suppose. But over $3,000 for a 1/1 move from TX to CO I was hoping for better…I was wrong. By far the worst moving service I’ve ever used. The movers they hire out are young, rude, sloppy, and so unprofessional. They don’t handle your possessions with care. So many items were damaged/broken. They guys that moved me in were literally throwing my stuff against the wall. Worst moving service I’ve ever used.

We used Jackson Movers this summer, and it is a really BAD experience.
1. Severe Delay. They told us that the moving will be done in 2 weeks. However, it actually takes over 5 weeks. We called in several times and the customer service always told us that we still had to wait because all the drivers were busy. It is deceitful to make any promise that they could not accomplish while quoting.
2. Poor Quality. The items were not taken good care of. Almost all the boxes are deformed, and our TV screen was cracked. For our almost new 55 inch TV, they refunded us 100 dollar moving fee, and we got less

Thought it was would be a seamless process. However it was NOT, price changed at the door at delivery. I was told if I didn’t pay the new cost I would not receive my items By David the rudest dispatch manger I have ever encountered. They send a 18 wheeler to deliver 1 room of items to an apartment building knowing that a 18wheeler would not fit. These folks are literally scammers. When all they had to do was say up front your items are coming by an 18 wheeler because more then just your items would be on the truck, so be prepared to pay hundreds extra in cash at delivery. NOT WHEN THEY ARRIVED

Holy cow, the damage to our belongings is incredible. We used brand new Home Depot boxes, half were their "heavy duty" and, well, have a look at the pictures. It is so bad, it looks like someone did it on purpose. I've only looked at half of the boxes so far, but I can't believe what I'm seeing...
I tried to contact Jackson Movers (Mike and Chad were managing my move), neither called back or emailed. Moreover, Mike lied to me about their being a "full-service" moving company. The people that delivered our property told me they didn't work for Jackson Movers at all.
