I am very disappointed with the service I got from Mighty movers with my moving this week from my 1 bedroom apartment to my new house. They had scheduled time between 12PM-4PM but they arrived at around 9 PM, extremely tired and late. It was an hour- 2 hour job and they took almost over 3 hr. I had gotten better quotes from other movers but just because a friend had referred, I gave them a shot. Very unprofessional and not worth the money and I am very sad because it is my first time posting bad review for anyone online but I thought it would save other people from getting bad service.

So incredibly impressed with this company. Called on a Tuesday, and they had a three person crew at my new apartment at 7 a.m. the next morning. Erik, the owner, couldn't have been nicer, and the two gentlemen with him were fast, conscientious with my items and really polite. They moved everything into my two bedroom apartment in one hour! Also, Frank in the call center, was so sweet and informative. Will definitely be using Mighty Movers in the future. My apartment is located in Fairview, TX.

The movers were great. Fast and helpful, worked really hard. On the customer service side, horrible experience . The supervisor Brian comes across like a nice guy but don't be fooled. As soon as your payment goes through he is done with you. Will not return calls, every time I've called to speak to Brain he is "busy" and no ones calls back. I had items in their storage come up damage and missing. I figured surely we can get this issue resolved. My estimate of loss and damaged items were about $230.00. Brian offered me $60.00. That is unacceptable.

The office staff was great to talk to and easy to schedule with. However, the movers were extremely slow and careless with my furniture. They didn't use moving blankets, and dropped boxes that said fragile. Considering they are paid hourly, we would expect them to be efficient with their time but they aren't at all. Damaged furniture and overbilled will put my money in someone elses hands next time around.

My bed was damaged. I called them and left numerous messages in an attempt to get a resolution. There was a little bit on phone tag due to my spouse and I being at work.I called yesterday and (due to bad signal) my calls kept dropping. I called again hoping to be able to get thru & "Brian " answered the phone. He told me I was "rude" because I kept calling and he had other customer's to help. This was the third time we've used this company. All of our experiences have been great, but this last move in particular they went above and beyond. We had to reschedule because our house didn't close on time and the only day we had available to move after we got a new closing date was a day they were booked up with other projects. I was told my move was scheduled between 2:30 and 5:30 on Friday afternoon. At 3:30, they called and said there would be a short delay. At 6:30, the driver called and said their truck had broken down and they would be there very soon. They finally showed up to do the pickup at 8:30 and delivered the furniture to my home at 10:00. These people are not worth the time or money. Moving a second story, one bedroom apartment to a third story one bedroom apartment should not take 5 hours. Not when my previous move a year before took a different company two hours, and they were moving an identical second story, one bedroom apartment to a second story, one bedroom apartment almost 30 minutes father between the old and new residence. I used Mighty Movers to move a 1 bedroom condo from the 16th floor of a highrise building (I had reserved a dedicated elevator) to a 3-story townhome less than 1 mile away. Everything pre-move went fine from making the reservation and with Mighty Movers providing the insurance information to my HOA.
I also agreed to pay an extra ~$50 for "priority" scheduling... guaranteeing that the movers show up between 1:00pm and 3:00pm. This was important for me because I could only reserve the elevator in my building until 5:00pm. Otherwise, their window was 1:00pm to 5:00pm. This was a risk

Great experience. From start to finish, they did a great job. Our movers were extremely professional and did a great job (even with our painters finishing up baseboards!). We ran into a small issue, but management was very professional and kind as well. At the end of the day, they took care of their customers and I'd recommend them to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I freaking would. I called these guys on a monday needing to move into my apartment by Thursday. My rehearsal dinner was Friday and our wedding on Saturday, so I wanted to make sure we were all moved in before we got married. I didn't even have that much stuff. We literally just wanted to hire someone to move our king bed/box springs, night stand and TV stand. That's. It. They said they could fit us in on Thursday morning.

I used this company to move office furniture from one location to another. First they show up late, then they hit the top of the covered parking with their truck. When it was all said and done they tried to charge me extra for how long it took to put a u-shaped desk together, which I informed them of when I made the appointment. NO SHOW - I scheduled a furniture pick up and delivery and was given a three hour delivery window. After the window time expired and no one showed or called with an update, I called to check on status. I was told their prior job took longer than expected but that they were on their way. I hired Mighty Movers to move my 1 bedroom apt. Not only did they show up 2.5 hours after their 4hr window of when they should have arrived, but I had to call customer service to find out their truck broke down and was running behind. I was told i would have a team of 3 movers, when i got only 2, and then it took them over 3 hours just to get everything in the truck!!! Let alone move the items into my apt. It could have taken longer due to them then having to move IN THE DARK due to lag getting to my apt, but I am not please that now I am having to pay for a longer move due to miss communications

I was told the movers would arrive between noon and 1:00. Andrew called early in the morning to let me know they would arrive a later due to a previous company having more to move. They arrived after 3:30 pm. I appreciated the updates, but was disappointed that they arrived late in the day. Manny and Luis were very fast once they arrived and professional. I scheduled my move with Mighty Movers at the recommendation of a friend and am sorry I did so. This company made the day of the move as stressful as possible. The movers did not pad the entrances of my home and consequently tore up several pieces of furniture, moldings, doors, and walls.
