I would have given it 0 stars if possible. I put deposit on car to purchase 17 days ago. I have gotten nothing but the run around saying that they needed part. I was only informed of this after they took my money. Mind you, they cashed my deposit and still no car. I had to contact several times via email with poor response. I called as well with poor response. They have it listed for sale still on their site. Please avoid this dealer as there are better choices out there. They do not take responsibility for their behavior or actions. I dealt with Joe therein. Joe proved to be an awful

I came in from out of town and wanted to lease a vehicle from this establishment. From the get go, they sized me up and I personally felt they determined I was not a desirable candidate for their 'time.' I was told I would be called back in a few hours when what I requested was submitted. They never called me back and when I asked for the guy I first met with earlier in the day, they said he wasn't there and "It was his day off."

Bought my Ferrari F12 here a few years ago, great experience with sales. Since then, always getting called back to test their newest cars. In service, Rich, Omar, and Tavis have been simply wonderful whenever my Ferrari is being "temperamental", which thank goodness doesn't happen often. Honest, reliable, and pleasant to work with. Had my vehicle stolen from Towbin Fiat / Alfa and burned to the ground during service. I received a very low "Retail" value for it, under 50k, msrp was over 110k.

This is the most professional dealership on the west coast and they are still offering high quality personalized customer service! From the first time I called the dealership and spoke with Santo to the final touches before I picked up my new Maserati Levante, I was greeted with a smile and the best service I had received. Superior to any Maserati dealerships in southern California (and I have gone to over 5 dealerships)! Dishonest in the fullest sense. Bought a Bentley Certified Preowned several months ago. The car was said to be in showroom condition with clear film protection. Neither were true and another reputable Bentley dealer quoted @$15,000 to fix the undisclosed damage and failed parts. Save yourself the hassle and buy a car from a reputable dealer. They will not take the car back and want me to "leave" it with them for who knows how long to fix what they deem necessary. They will not work with a local reputable dealer to get it fixed here @ 2300 miles away. Worst experience I've ever had

Rich Kansky took great care of my car as a new service customer. Top notch communication and updates to include pictures of any problem parts or estimates. He made himself available to answer all questions and to educate on the process, especially with a warranty issue. This is a service group of car guys that know what they are working on and how to fix it.

Horrible experience with Jake Curguz and wish I never purchased a vehicle from there. Purchased a 2019 Porsche Gt3RS in lizard Green and they didn't even bother washing/detailing the vehicle for me after I signed the paperwork and what's even worse... Jake didn't bother to disclose that the vehicle only has one key and that I would have to purchase a spare if needed an extra key. Dealership is a joke and take your business elsewhere. Drove two hours to be played... make sure you ask questions and cover your bases... they just blame corona. Purchased another Porsche Cayenne recently
