Don't go here. I went to Autonation 2 days later and got rid of the car they sold me. They sell you cars that have problems. Then they tell you their subpar mechanics can fix it. I was told if the engine light comes on 10 times I can keep coming back and they will turn it off for me. Like....what? Just fix the problem. Bought a car with a bent wheel that wasn't holding air. There's no way they didn't know about this when they sold it. It had an alignment issue from day 1. Engine light came on the day after I left the lot. They keep telling you they do a 125 point inspection

Went in to check out a Mercedes sprinter van on a Thursday night before closing. Rik was the man who was helping me. We were looking but not looking and just drove up on ABZ motors. Rick approached us and answered all of our questions and before you know it I was driving in my Mercedes E-400. We did a test drive on at least two cars because it was so hard to make a decision. Very good inventory online they have cars but my opinion would be to go to the dealership. I found a car listed on Car Gurus that interested me. It was an older model, a 2013, but had very low miles. I asked for the Carfax and pics of the undercarriage, and both were provided timely. I thought at the onset the price point was a little high, and after an NADA and KBB search, I was correct. UPDATE : I dropped the car off Wednesday & ABZ "fixed" my car and drove it to my job ( A porter drove it ). They fixed my rims that was damaged during the service , great.
MONDAY night after a 10 hour work shift , BOOM the coolant light pops on . I try to get off the next exit the car starts to slow down @ 40mph , smh.
My husband comes with a bottle of Antifreeze so that we can try and make it home. But guess what ? The damn hose and clamp wasn't connected all the way. So basically, my car has been leaking since they drove it back to me "fixed" .
Here we are waiting

Purchased 2017 Range Rover w/ 16K miles in July after also owning 2014 RRS and had transported to Indiana due to COVID. Literally has been serviced more than driven requiring new timing belt AND timing chain, alternator, battery, rear brakes and MORE. This dealership had NO problem selling a vehicle they did not stand behind and justified it by passing me off to Land Rover mfg warranty assistance. They failed to offer anything other than the following correspondence even after involving BBB of Houston.

I spoke with this dealership and they have totally ignored my experience. The GT-R I purchased was full price as it was very specific. I trusted the dealer was reputable and they kept assuring me that they knew this vehicles previous owner as they originally sold it to him. They said it was taken care of and inspected by ABZ to be in great condition.
To recap my first 30 day experience-
- Within 30 miles of purchase the "oil change due" light came on.. although ABZ swears they changed the oil, a Nissan dealer said it had not been and properly completed this maintenance.
