Here I am, 5 hours after the end of my delivery window without a word from the company that is currently in possession of my $2k television.
Is it a typical business practice to leave customers high and dry like this? I read your other reviews and it appears that I am not the only one. People take off of work and orient their whole schedule around you and you can’t even reach out to provide customer care?
I’ll do what I can to report you to the middle mile vendor and the better business bureau while I eagerly await a response.

We had a great experience with Elephant Moving! We had a call with them to schedule delivery. They called the day before to give me the window of time for the delivery. They came right on time (even a bit early, which I liked). They were super friendly and professional. They wore masks and even removed their shoes while delivering on our carpet. I would use them again.

I recently ordered a set of doors for a client and the company that I ordered them from contracted FragilePAK who then contracted Elephant Moving and Storage to deliver them. This was the second delivery attempt and I was specifically told that I would receive a call when the drivers were 30 minutes away so that I could tell them exactly where I wanted them placed. I never received a call from the drivers and the doors were left out blocking both of my garage doors and I am now not able to get my car out of the garage. Was suppose to get my couch delivered on the 27th of November. They ended up delivering another persons part of the couch and left my other half at the warehouse. I was told I’d get a 30 minute notification they were on the way. I got a 10 minute or less out texts. Then I got a call they delivered someone else’s piece and they’d be back out to get it. No one showed up. No calls till 12/1 when trying to redeliver my couch part and pickup someone else’s. I however work and cannot be there during the window they picked without consulting me. They are unwilling to accommodate my work hours

Terrible operation. They've failed to show up three times already without any communication. They do not pick up calls or return them. Someone picked up and hung after I kindly identified who I was. They still have a product I paid for in their possession.

We bought furniture from a company that used Elephant to deliver and install the furniture. The drivers dumped the crates on our driveway and started to drive away. I chased them down and asked if they were going to install the furniture as they were contracted to do. The driver said "yes" and then they left and never came back. We called their main office. We were told there was some confusion about the paperwork, but now they won't return our calls.
It's supposed to rain tonight, not to mention the hot weather itself is not good for the furniture. Very unprofessional.

5 days and 5 voicemails have passed and no response from Elephant Moving and Storage. I am open to forfeiting the cost of payment and picking up my piece of furniture myself, but I can't even get ahold of anyone.

This company has been horrendous to deal with post-move. We have been trying to get reimbursed through their claim company - which they say they can’t contact?? - for the damage to our TV and coffee table. It’s been over 3 months with no update. I call frequently to try and get new information and am constantly met with a bad attitude on the other line and a lack of help.
Additionally, the new place we moved into is a 3 minute drive from our old place but the company took over an hour to drive to us which added to our bill because they charge by the hour.

BOGUS company! Grossly incompetent! Worst customer service I’ve ever had. DO NOT USE THEIR ‘SERVICES’.
It took them a month to deliver a treadmill from their warehouse to my house. They never answer the phone, I had to chase them down and they only occasionally answer calls on their Austin number (no luck with Houston). They told me they are delaying the delivery because they need to confirm having the second crew, then it was confirmed and still only one crew showed up! They are DEFRAUDING Nordic Track - got paid for 4 people on delivery, but only send 2 jokers over! SAD!
