One of the most important steps to obtain an accurate estimate is to put together an inventory list. A binding price can be only given based on a list of items or a visual survey. One of our moving consultants can take the list over the phone or you can simply email it to us. Do not recommend. Quoted one price over the phone. Day of move, Puma foreman doubled the price. Had me over a barrel. Had to accept it because I had to be out of my house. Complained to no avail. Do not work with them over the phone. If you must work with them, make them come to your house to quote before the move.

We hired Puma Van Lines to move our family from Dallas to Florida. We asked Rebecca if it would get climate controlled she stating it was. Hold on to that statement from her and remember I asked. Let's start with the movers there was 3 men that loaded our furniture and they were great. The Lady who packed our kitchen items did not do a good job , she left alot of items and unfortunately we had to throw several items away.
Please read your contract because it will take you 14 days to get your furniture unless you pay over 9k.

Read your contract and expect to have additional costs added to your quote upon arrival, especially with the Shuttle Fee option.
I had seen several reviews commenting on this, but thought it could not possibly affect me, as the building manager of my new apartment building assured me that 18 wheelers regularly parked on the street outside the entrance, and that it would be fine for Puma to do so as well. The driver, Noah, refused to do so, and without even going to assess the street in person first, decided it would be appropriate to load my belongings onto a smaller truck and charge me $500 additional

This is my fourth time using Puma Van Lines. Obviously, i keep using them because they do a very good job. All the previous moves were just moving all my belongings from one location to another, and those went great. They took great care of the furniture and wrapped everything in plastic. All was great!

I tried calling puma the van line and ask for the owner some guy named Josh told me there is there's no one and I said no one he replied yes would you like to speak with him. Daniel call me while I was driving and told him before I could tell him give a minutes he said ok I will take you off my list yesterday I told him I don't get off work until 5. Very unprofessional people answer the phone I would not recommend this company to anyone

I called a few companies and just was not satisfied, but I then remembered Puma from when they moved me from VA to TX a year prior and I quickly made the call to move me from one city, to stopping at the storage unit, to my new home in a different city. I love their efficiency, professionalism, care of my property, and the ease they made me feel. These guys and company are amazing. So we recently used Puma Van Lines for a recent move we had from Dallas, Texas to the Bay Area. I had come across this company and requested a quote. Now once I requested a quote I received a call practically everyday from Rebecca from the company to see if we had any questions and calling to explain how their company work. This is my 2nd move with Puma, they 1st moved me from Dallas to SA a little less than a year ago and i just recently moved back to Dallas and the team took care of me once again!! Donna and Carol were extremely pleasant and very detailed. I moved at the craziest time during the shelter in place and they did everything to ensure we all stayed protected while getting the job done quickly and efficiently!! I highly recommend and i don't plan on living for awhile but if and when i do, they will continue to be my "go to movers" thank you Puma!!!

If you are moving and need some help, look no further than Puma Van Lines. Caesar, Marlon, and John did a fantastic job moving our stuff across Texas. They truly went above and beyond. Not only were they efficient, they were personable, professional, and good humored. They never dragged their feet to draw out the clock. (We had that experience with another company.) Ceasar was the foreman that orchestrated the move after Josh came and gave me a very competitive estimate.
The move was effortlessly they picked up my items and drove to Arkansas the next day communicating all along.
They arrived and off loaded on record time I truly appreciate the guys they were so protective, courteous and professional.
When and if I move again I will definitely be calling Puma. No hidden fees, No middle mam, no lies just great customer service

We used Puma for our move from Texas to Florida. One full truck of 2400 cf plus another 150 cf of another truck. 2 deliveries. First truck called Thursday and said they would be here at new place on Friday morning at 8. The crew wasn't there yet on Friday morning so the delivery was set for Saturday morning. They showed up at 642 am. Yep. But hey they came. Second delivery didn't call because they had the wrong number somehow so they emailed on Sunday lunch saying 3-4 hrs to be here. No warning. However they didn't show until that night about 830 pm. Now...so much of our stuff was

This review is long overdue: been almost 6 months since we used this company for our move from Dallas, TX to Atlanta, GA.
They have a good sales team (Donna, who assisted us gave us a great quote and explained the process) but that's where everything ends for this company. Shady practices, unprofessional/rude staff and the drivers (who are part of the company) are arrogant and disrespectful. Seems like they outsource their movers based on the location so it's luck of the day who you get.

Here is the best part about hiring a moving company for a cross country move, you do not have to rent a truck or worry about your heavy expensive dresser being broken by your drunk buddies (six packs on me?), or driving long hours for days crossing one state line after another while almost falling asleep on the steering wheel. It happened to me when I moved from L.A. to Dallas a few years ago, I was playing the ultimate game of "being a mover".

Please do not use this company for Cross-country moving!!!
They might be great at in TX moving and cheap, but once you moved to another state and sleeping in your living room on your blow up mattress for over a month, you will learn the hard way.
The customer service is great, but the trucking company they use or hire is just horrible, they never know where your stuff is at, or even got you the wrong driver.
We lost many items : Xbox, vacuum , cat condo...
they ruined the whole experience of moving to a new place for us.

I'm a 68 year old retiree who chose Puma to move me to Nevada.
They picked up my belongings on 5/26 with a delivery of 5/29.
As of the morning of 6/4 I'm still sitting on a lawn chair in my new house waiting, and they just told me my stuff isn't even loaded on a truck back in Dallas.
Avoid these jerks at all costs.
Don't let what's happening to me happen to you.

We booked an onsite visit by one of there estimators that came to our house to give us a price. This price never changed and everything went exactly as it was explained to us. Our furniture arrived in Mobile AL as promised and it took them less than a week to deliver.
The movers themselves were professional, polite and courteous. Thank you for all the hard work!
