Although they arrived bit late, but given it was a Sunday, I didn't mind. The movers were quick, careful about everything and were open to pick up all sort of items. No waste of time, perfect time capture, no tip expectation. I gave some anyways but this time it was a genuine feeling. I will strongly refer them to anyone who wants a worry-free moving experience.

Absolutely abysmal service. We had a move booked and received email confirmation the night before (5:37pm) and we replied within about 30 minutes, happy to have everything sorted and scheduled.
Cut to this morning where no movers have arrived. After spending over an hour trying to call the local office we finally get through only to find that our move was cancelled for seemingly no reason. The man (Jimmy) we spoke to was incredibly rude when telling us our move had been cancelled because they had the wrong number. Apparently they don't check email and will instead cancel your move on a whim

We used Progressive Moving to move a three-bedroom house to a three bedroom mobile home. The two men were very efficient and organized. They did not waste any time and took great care in moving our belongings. The move was easy to schedule and they were accommodating when we had to change the date. No money down, and you pay when the move is complete. Would recommend this company!

Got the quote quickly and was able to book my appointment quick. Only 2 hour minimum and no extra fees. They moved our stuff *so* quick and they were super friendly. Also their truck was huge-we only had 1-2 bedroom amount of furniture and it only filled like a 1/4 of it!

Luis and his helper were amazing. Showed up exactly on time, took apart beds, took down curtain rods, and wrapped all furniture, they took their time and did not leave anything behind. Arrived at the new house exactly as I did and immediately set to work putting furniture back together, beds together, and even moved furniture that was already there. Incredibly they remembered what furniture went in each room and just asked whose room was each one. I am very impressed with progressive movers. This was a horrible moving experience. Movers were over an hour late past the time frame. I was originally told they would arrive between 1-2. When he called to confirm the day prior, he now said 12-1. Movers did not show up til 2pm. Total disaster bc I had new furniture arriving at my new place based on his time. Long story short, they took advantage of a nice person. They took their sweet time. They put my dresser mirror on the elevator and I rode the elevator up and down with my mirror at least 10 times before anyone ever came back. They charged me 6 HOURS for a 2 bedroom 2 bath apt. I wish I could give it a fat ZERO if I could. They took advantage of a military family and we know we aren't the only ones. We were being sent home to Missouri from the Navy with 16 days notice, so no uhaul available within the state of WA. We were quoted $2500 on the first call (didn't make sense to me with the distance), second call we were quoted $5k (makes total sense), but when the movers get there, they say $7k!!!!! $7k is their maximum they can charge and we were in a VERY small 2 bed 2 bath APARTMENT. I have used Progressive movers numerous times and this time when moving our things out of storage (that they originally moved into storage) to their truck and then to our house we had multiple items damaged. Our Samsung Refrigerator & Washer and Dryer have dents and scratches on them when they are only 2 years old. When they pulled up to the house the fridge was at the end of the truck with no cover or blanket protecting it and having dollies pushed up against it causing the scratching and denting.
All we requested was that they would do what is right and repair it

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We used them to move in July 2019 to move from Odessa, TX to a storage unit in Allen, TX. They damaged several items when they unloaded the truck in Allen, TX. They damaged our 55 inch flat screen, bent and ripped our love seat. My husband called the owner and he told my husband that we had to prove our television was not broken before we moved. I was shocked to see the condition of our furniture when we moved into our house a month later. I would give this company ZERO stars!!!!! Absolutely horrible. I have included pictures of our love seat!!!

I was scheduled for a move on the day that my lease was to expire. According to Jimmy (I think he's the owner or supervisor) movers were supposed to be there between 8am and 9am. I received a call after 9 from one of the movers that he would be at my location in about 25 minutes. He finally came around 10am, but was alone. I asked was he moving my things by himself and he said that another guy was on the way. I met him at the gate of my apartments and when he parked his trailer he ripped the top part of the carport! This company sucks. They did not show up at all. Jimmy is the guy i spoke too. He was suppose to come at 3 pm. Driver never called, jimmy kept in saying they will be there around 5:30 and driver will call. I waited till 8 pm. Jimmy did not give me drivers number. No one followed up if driver showed up or not, not even the next day. Please reconsider before hiring them. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Not even worth getting one star.

Once I got through all my box's which too me a few months due to family issues, one being a death in the family of my grandmother. I realized I was missing some very important items. Some special order items & my grand parents photograph. I contacted the office. I was told it had been too long to complain. I didn't know I had a time limit to unpack my stuff. I really wanted these guys to be good because they were recommended to me by a friend, but I won't be using them again. Setting up the date for services was fine initially, although they told me to expect a confirmation call and I never got one. They showed up in a trailer rather than an actual moving truck which was strange but not a deal breaker. The two movers were polite enough, but rather cold and unfriendly. Not a huge issue for me, though. The issue was when they broke something of mine and also scratched up my new washer. I pointed it out to one of the movers and he didn't offer

This is an absolutely fantastic moving company!! I will ALWAYS use them, and will make sure everyone I know also uses them! I was recommended this company by a coworker who used them. She told me a lot of her friends also had great experiences with them. I have to admit, when I called the woman seemed a bit disorganized and I had some doubts that the movers would show up! However, the morning of my move Patricio and Juan showed up exactly on time. These guys were able to move everything I needed to the truck (almost a full 2 bd 2 bath) within 45 minutes! These guys are atrocious. Getting straight answers from their call center was impossible while my stuff was in their hands - where my stuff was en route, repeatedly confusing the destination info with the origin, and after repeated promises that they'd call me back the next day with more information - I had to call them back - & for all the effort I made in trying to figure out where my stuff was, they called me rude.
