Gaudin Porsche has continued to exceed our expectations. This is the second Porsche that we have purchased from this dealership and both experiences have been stellar. So my final straw with this dealership. Wanted to place a custom order for a Cayenne Coupe, with the intention of also buying a 911 or Taycan later in the year. Even though all the dealership has to do is process the order I've already figured out, and I'm happy to wait months for delivery, they want $10,000 above MSRP. I obviously didn't expect a discount given the current climate but that's just greedy, price gouging, no different from motels doubling their rates when people flee hurricanes, which is frowned upon in other industries. It's not as if they have to make up

Worst service EVER! Took my SUV for an oil change just an oil change! Waited for like 2 months for the appointment! I had an appointment and 5 days later I still don't have my SUV, no loaner car! Well I need a car to do errands and pick up my kids from school! I picked up my SUV and took it somewhere else! They were about to charge me $399 for an oil change and still can't do my oil change for days!!! What kind of service is that. Thinking of luxury car which I pay thousands of dollars and this is their service! Will get Range Rover or Tesla next time. This place sucks! Take ur car somewhere

Jason was an amazing sales person. He goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need rather than pushing a car on you. He is persistent and dedicated to his customers. If you have a question or would like something certain way he would make sure make it happen or try his best to. From walking in through the doors to delivering my Porsche Macan he was phenomenal. As much as I have always enjoyed the feeling of driving away in a new car, I also have dreaded stepping into a car dealership, it is in the best of circumstances an overwhelming and annoying experience, and at worst an absolute nightmare.
I was even more worried this time, everywhere you go there is a lack of cars, component shortages have affected almost everyone, so when I stepped into Gaudin my expectations were low, but I was pleasantly surprised, this experience has completely changed my opinion of dealerships.

First, we had to wait almost a month to get a maintenance appointment then when the day finally arrived then they didn't touch the car for 2 days, without give us any follow up call and of course without offering any courtesy car !
So at this point we decided to get back the car because this joke could last for a week.
Fortunately , Midas has been able to make the necessary in less than a day and for a cheaper price.
The customer service is just horrible and I hope I'll be able to avoid in the future this kind of situation by working with respectful professionals.

I've come from Lexus and BMW background and They're great don't get me wrong, but this Porsche Dealership just doesn't compare!
I've been a Porsche Owner for almost a year now, and I ALWAYS leave with a smile coming outta here from Sales w/ David to Service w/ Chelsey Cole. I cannot express how happy I am with their hard work and customer satisfaction.

Unbelievable customer service experience. I've been in the automotive industry for quite some time. The customer service by Gaudin Parts specifically Austin was top notch in every way. Porsche held up an order I needed fairly quickly. Instead of sitting on his hands, Austin stayed persistent until Porsche acknowledged the order and overnighted at no expense to me.
I live in New England but will have no problem ordering from them in Vegas again. I will go see them during SEMA to say hello and say thank you.

I was searching online for a newer used Cadillac Escalade for my mom, and found one at Gaudin Porsche that looked super clean and had great photos. A few days prior, we booked a flight to Phoenix, AZ (we live in Redding, CA) to look at other Escalades, but this Escalade seemed noticeably nicer than the others.
Anthony Mendoza contacted us super fast and offered to take videos of the vehicle and answer any questions we had. He took videos and assured us this Escalade was as clean as it looks, still smelled like new car and had no dings/scratches. He was so helpful we decided to cancel our Phoenix

Another month has now passed. I've neither receive any response from this dealer nor Porsche USA. Apparently, this dealer and Porsche USA don't know their cars well.
When you know a dealer and its corporate could not fix an issue on their cars, would you still trust them when there's another issue that may affect driving?
I've lost my patience and do not expect they could get it fixed. Maybe I will keep this car until the end of warranty and never consider Porsche again.

When I bought my $100K+ car I was promised free car washes. In 2019, they went to car wash coupons. The sales manager, by email, told me to ask for more coupons when I needed them, which I have.
Now, today, they tell me they are no longer honoring free car wash coupons! Really??? Saving a few pennies to alienate a customer? Poor business practice!!!
Not a good way to treat a customer. I won't be back.
