Do not pack too heavy in each box. Be sure that the bottoms of all cartons are secured and will hold the weight of the contents. Bend with your knees! Squat directly in front of the load, pull it in tight to you and lift it with your legs, not your back. Set it back down the same way. If you must turn while carrying the load, then turn your whole body with your legs, don't swivel yourself at the waist.

I have never been more unhappy with a moving company. They first gave me a quote that was reasonable for the distance i was moving. Second was a week and a half late lying saying we set the date and upon arriving late they told me that all the items that were supposed to be "filler" was not on the list so that was another 1600. When leaving they didnt even take my lawn mower classic mountain bike or my vanity top for my wifes dresser and refused to adjust the price. Unprofessional. These guys After showing up late they ended up putting several scratches on a two month old tv. After bringing it to their attention the offered a $50 credit. Then we came to an agreement that they had 30 days to find a replacement tv. They never got back to me after the 30 day period and after several follow up emails It took me calling them to get an answer and they had "not been able" to find a tv in the last 3 months. Unprofessional and would rather carry my stuff than use these guys who go back on their word

Great service, there available on Sundays to help move. They arrive on time, are nice and a careful with my stuff. They were able to help me move stuff to a storage and into the house as well. I totally recommend them for any time someone needs to move. They are flexible, work weekends, and are very helpful.

I booked my original movers a month in advance of me moving and they cancelled on me 3 days prior to moving and I did not know what to do, I have a bad back so I could not do it on my own. So a co-worker suggested that I reach out to Ang Movers. I really had my doubts that they would have availability to help. But to my surprise they did and they were able to book the day I needed. I use this company 2 yrs ago when it was referral to me by my client and was very pleased with the service, I moved from a house to an apartment, knowing that I will move again so i didn't buy any additional furniture. The initial move in 2016 took them 2 hrs and I paid $245, last month I moved and used them again, this time it was 5 hrs and I paid $679, the charged include the $150 for the piano which is fair and I agreed to pay. However I main guys (I think it's the owner son, very unfprofessional) why does it take 5 hrs this time when I had the same furniture and the last time it only took 2

I called for a quote, they gave me a price of $220, I called back the next day to schedule, they told me to call them back because they don't have the schedule book in front of them, I called again a few days later and was ask to call back again for the same reason. I called for the third time and was able to schedule a move, however the price increase $25, in just 4 days. I reminded them about our original agreement and the man confirmed that he remember the conversation but will not honor the original agreement. Bought a couple of couches from Restoration Hardware they recommended this moving company strongly and by the looks of it, they seem to get all of their business. I was skeptical when they quoted me $375 for 2 couches within a 15 mile radius, so I remember the guys that moved some things from me when I first arrived in TX (Luke's A+ Moving in Hurst) and they quoted me $240 for everything. The guys at ANG probably get no resistance from people because of the RH recommendation and people just probably think this is the best price. Do your homework, ANG is on the high side of pricing. Two weekends ago, ANG were supposed to be at my apartment at 9 am to help me move into a new apartment. I was supposed to be out by 11 am so my old landlord could do a walk through. 9 am rolls around and they aren't there. My friends and I started to move the smaller boxes. 10 am I called and they said they would be right there. I called again an hour later after I had all the small things in my truck and my friend's car. Customer service is very important to me, so that's why I prefer using small mom and pops businesses. You have better access to the owner and not have to go through the bureaucratic customer service departments that other larger companies have. ANG came to move my 3rd floor two bedroom apartment. They finished at a reasonable time, but did accidently break a clay smoker I purchased for my patio. Jose the owner took $150 off my bill to replace my item, and apologized for the accident. He could have just paid the $1.50 per pound like the contract said. Instead he waived the binding agreement

My family has used Ang Moving Co. at least 6-8 times over the last 5 years.
