Nice Moves

I’ve been using Nice Moves since 2000 and they are the best in the business. Their name is completely what they are super nice and professional. They handle all my moving needs with packing, moving items around to place in my home, hanging etc... I have referred several of my friends and family and they all have a excellent moving experience as well.

Worst movers ever!!!! Forgot my moving date, then sent 2 guys, one was a kid who never had moved before. Furniture and walls damaged and the owner left after 2 hours... move took 3 times as long. STAY AWAY!!!

I've moved a few times and its NEVER taken as long as it did with these guys. Took 9.5 hours to move from a 2 br bedroom apartment to another 2 bdrm apartment, bringing LESS furniture than before. I left behind a full size washer & dryer, Queen size mattress & box springs, plus a very heavy Solid Wood Armoire. *Note - the 2nd place even had an elevator.... these guys took their time, I could see one on his phone several times, etc.. lesson learned & would not recommend.

Stay away from this company!!!! First, they took 9 hours to move a one bedroom apartment, and then charged a higher rate after 4 or 5 hours into the move. To top it over they stole jewelry and denied it! When we contacted the management they became confrontational. We will let the police handle this now!!!

Nice Moves is hands down the best moving company in Dallas! After I received an absurdly high quote from IMS relocation, I was referred to Nice Moves by my interior designer who uses them often when she needs nice/expensive furniture moved.

I hired Nice Moves last week to relocate some bedroom furniture. They arrived on time, wore masks, and were very professional. The furniture arrived in excellent condition, and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent Service and top notch expertise. First, I met with Tommy to receive an estimate. Then I scheduled the move. When my new apartment wasn't quite ready, they were flexible and accomodating. We rescheduled. On move day, a crew of three showed up. We walked through my expectations and I answered their questions. Communication up front was top notch. Then, they executed our plan. Nice Moves submitted fraudulent insurance to us, ruined a custom wallcovering by hanging uncentered artwork, and then continue to lie/not take responsibility for their error/and dodge calls from the insurance company. This is a company with absolutely no integrity. They may do just fine, or they may entirely screw up your job. And if they screw up, watch out. They do not care about you or your clients. I would never work with them again and highly recommend you avoid this company.

We hired them to move us 75 miles. We did the packing and they loaded it all up. A full 26' truck was loaded and nothing was broken. And they were very honest about their time. They were 15 minutes late. They called before hand to let us know. And without us saying anything at the end of the day, they correctly put their times in the sheets.
Now we have another move coming up. We'll be giving them a shout and see if they can service us out here.

We work with them on Model home installs and they are beyond amazing! They really do bend over backward for us and make sure everything is moved in gently, placed exactly where we need it and they never leave a mess afterward.

I was very impressed with the service because all the other companies involved with the move provided outrageous quotes and required payment up front. Luis handled my reservation and I didn't have to pay a dime until the last box was delivered. They managed my 2-day move professionally and efficiently. Carlos' team arrived on time and ensured my furniture was properly wrapped and strapped into the truck. Thanks for making a stressful event as painless as possible!!
