In a nutshell, this company is sketchy, unprofessional, careless, and has poor customer service.
I discovered Rockville Run Moving and Storage via Google search when I needed things moved out of my home and into a temporary storage facility for a few weeks while I was moving. I boxed all of my smaller items myself. I had some larger items as well, a love seat, upholstered chair, my grandmother's old cedar chest, a coffee table, and a dresser.
I should have realized that something was wrong when the owner, Isaac, asked for me to TEXT him my credit card info for payment to his cell phone
