They did a great great job! I just wish they would’ve washed my car especially for having it for a week lol, but rather then that, their customer service was great! Alex/Alec is the one who helped me and he did a tremendous job. I will recommend going here to purchase a car or for any repairs.

I showed up to the dealership and spoke with Bill Waugh, told him exactly what I wanted and he delivered. He did not try to up sell me. Also had an great experience with Scott Bier in the finance department. This was by far the best car buying experience (15 vehicles) I have had. Everyone kept their word.

I wrote a review the other day and it magically disappeared. I was trying to sell my father's car since he passed away in July. My review was about how insulting their 'top dollar' offer was $3,000 for a 2014 (or 2013) Kia Optima Hybrid with less that 35,000 miles on it. The 'manager' of that department was snide, said that was his offer, there was 'no' market for this car, and he wasn't going to argue with me.

Went to CarMax down the road and walked out with a $12,000 check. Someone from the Findley dealership reached out to my review and asked me

I normally liked going here because they took care of my car, K900. Sometime during the pandemic this philosophy changed. A few things irked me on this visit:
1 - I let the folks know when I arrived that I had the oil for the change in the backseat. I have only used synthetic oil since I got the car, this was overlooked and they put Dino oil I . I am sure not a huge issue, but I wanted my oil.
2- I need a replacement part that I was quoted $200 + labor, however I later went online to their website and I can order the exact same part for $150 from Findlay Kia. Why the extra $50??? A bit shadyâ€

I have to say that buying a car from Findlay Kia was one of the most postive experiences I have ever had buying a car. I was greeted at the door, treated like a VIP through the whole process. Justin was amazing, super friendly, very knowledgeable and very efficient and not to mention, I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!! Justin made sure I had everything I wanted and at the price, percentage and down payment that worked best for me. I Highly recommend Findlay Kia to anyone looking to buy a car. Worst experience I have ever had, took my car in to get a BCM installed and first was overpriced on the part, second my car wasn't fully inspected before returning it to me and now my door to the gas tank won't open it worked when I brought it in. Instead of correcting there error for not doing the inspection they are now trying to charge me an additional 120 dollars. The BCM was already 1500. But since they already have their money customer service means nothing to them. Service write Jose Martinez is looking to fill his pockets before having vehicles properly serviced. I'm taking

The best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Justin was AMAZING!!! The car was coming in and he took a picture and sent it to us when it arrived. He stayed in constant contact with us.

Wow, someone at Findlay Kia with manners and respect for the customer. I didn't think it would EVER happen.

I needed Nitro for my tires; Elisha kindly filled all my tires with a smile on his face. With all his coworkers disappearing, he took the time to stop what he was doing. He also took the time to explain that my sensor would reset after driving.

After the manager reached out, I was able to get my prepaid oil change. Everything was done quickly and professionally! To top it off, Kia finally got my title transferred to the correct state. I can finally get the vehicle registered and get license plates. In mid May, we decided to look for a replacement for our aging SUV. We decided on a Kia Sorento Hybrid and made the rounds - Marsh, Towbin, and Findlay. When we got to Findlay Kia, we were told that a number of these vehicles were on order. We settled on a silver one because we didn't like the other color options. We were told the good news - that particular car was expected to arrive before June. The other 2 weren't expected until August. Since we needed the vehicle now and not 2-3 months from now, we placed a $1,000 deposit to hold that car for us. Me made it abundantly clear

Justin was more than helpful, I've never experienced that much attention to a clients needs and customer follow up than I have with Justin. I would've given them a good rating until they messed up my car and won't help me. I went in to get checked for the recalls. My engine needed to be replaced so they did that for me. They also replaced my starter (which I didn't ask for) and fixed something with the alignment on my steering wheel which I also appreciated but also didn't ask for.

When I got there my air conditioning worked. As soon as I left it no longer did. They obviously did something which caused my air conditioner to no longer work. When I called to tell them what happened they basically told me I was out

Now that Kia has received my demand letter, as expected,
refuse to make right for their deceptive selling tactics.

Per Nevada law I must give them a full 10 days waiting period
before initiating my Law Suit.

I predict it shall not be until after the Holidays that we shall
meet in a court of law, since the courts backlog due to the
Pandemic must be greater than normal.

Regardless of how long it takes we shall meet.

Win or lose I shall be there.

I have come here for oil changes since moving to Las Vegas and will continue to bring my SUV here for its regular maintenance. I never feel pressured by Mike the service guy when it comes to upgrades or additional services, nor do I feel in a rush when I am there. They have a great coffee machine, donuts, comfy couches, and a workstation table with tons of AC and USB outlets to charge your devices. I have no problem working from here for an hour or two while my car is serviced. When you pay, the gals that work the service register are always helpful and explain what was done to my car. I really
