We purchased our 2014 Acura RDX almost 8 years ago and have always taken it to the dealership for service. Everyone has been so helpful and considerate. They have always explained things in great detail and go over the cost of everything ahead of time. The entire staff is great, but a special shout out to Joey (service advisor) who goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Buerkle Acura!

WORST car buying decision I have ever made, and man do I regret it. I purchased a 2012 MDX along with the extended warranty. My vehicle, like many others (so much so there was a class action lawsuit that was settled by Acura), had an oil consumption issue. My extended warranty ended 2 months before the engine blew. I thought since we had purchased the vehicle through them, purchased the extended warranty that just expired, and they knew what the issues with this vehicle type were they'd be willing to assist. This is horrible place to purchased or lease a car. I have a battery issued 3 weeks after I got TLX 2021 so I have to called out side service to come over help me to jumpstart my battery that cost me $45 and because it happen after work around 10pm on snowing day so I cant be able to in touch with acura. So it happen again a week later on snow day so I cant be able to come to work because my car doesnt start. So I caller Buerkle Acura and they all try to ignore me and ask me to call road assistance. I pay over $45K for a car and I have to keep get off work due to my battery not working on freezing

Took my Acura TL in for an oil leak under the car. I suspected the rear main seal or the oil pump and made it clear up front that if they found it was one or the other I would consider the repair but not if it was both as that would entail a $3300 fix. The technician determined that it was the oil pump and needed to be resealed. I was ok with the $1100 for this service. On the repair invoice it stated that they had resealed the oil pump and ALL OTHER PARTS WERE GOOD. Drove for a few days and noticed oil on the driveway. Jacked it up and noticed oil leaking in the same spot as before. Took it back

So finally I thought I would give them a chance to try there salesman ship on me. What I found was a really great sales person, and a dealer that treated me as family. I recently purchased a pre-owned Infiniti M37x from Buerkle Acura in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The sales man Joe Mcmahan told me the car had no problems, it ran fine with a complete inspection, oil change and tire rotation. All Lies, I live in Memphis, Tennessee so I paid for the car and transport. When the car arrived I drove it home no problem, but the next morning when I started the vehicle I heard a loud noise that lasted for about 30 seconds and stopped. My first impression was the manifold, the carrier pulled it up wrong, Worng, the Car has a BAD LIFTER, I contacted Mr McMahan, and Mr Peterson

Would never recommend this Acura dealership to anyone. Had a terrible experience there then thought maybe it was just that sales person. Went back again to give them another try and the second person wasn't NEARLY as bad as the first person was actually kind to me but made me uncomfortable when my daughter got fussy and kept looking at her with an annoyed face. And at that point unwelcome. I don't find that professional. If I could give a zero it would be more fitting because of the male we worked with the first time. Went in for an air bag recall, the appointment was for 8am. Car was dropped off on time, estimated time to fix was about 2.5 hours. It is currently 4:30pm and I am still waiting for my car. Why have an appointment time to drop off the vehicle if you plan on getting to it when you get to it? This is not an 8 hour fix... Also, I called at 3pm asking about the status of my vehicle. I was told it would be done in about 30-45 minutes, so I drove back to the dealership. Again, this was an hour and a half ago...

I've just completed my first experience with Buerkle, and the service was nothing less than excellent. I had an appointment at 8 am which they met me outside to check me in because their bays were full. They quoted my estimated time for my oil change and complimentary car wash as an hour. They reviewed my service results, informed me on things I needed to be aware of and met all my expectations in that hour. I will be returning for future maintenance needs. They even had a great coupon for checking in on yelp!

I recommend not to take your car here for service they are ripoffs. I got my service done here and come to find out they DID NOT perform the service that was scheduled and requested to do! Scam is what they did to me and they have pretty good wording to defend their department and make it seem like it's not their fault and then turns the fault on you instead. I had to take my car back to them for them to correct the service. Like why wasn't it done the first time? Right!? They weren't expecting me to find out... so when the problem prolongs and becomes even worst, we have no choice

Dennis was absolutely amazing. He helped me find the vehicle I was looking for, was very fast to respond to any questions I had, and was great with my 5 year old. My husband and I are members of Costco and have used the auto buying program previously at another dealership affiliated with this program, approx. 7 years ago. We had a FABULOUS experience. This time around, after notifying Buerkle Acura that we were using our auto program perk, spending 3 hours one evening after work while looking at the RDX, test driving it, having one of our autos driven by the store manager for trade in, haggling over the price and the vehicle we were looking at on the show floor, we were told to bring back the second vehicle for the trade in next day. Avoid if you have other options. We had an appointment for a basic oil change. It started with a 15 minute wait to get checked in. The service worker pulls up our vin number and tells us our vehicle is registered under a different name...impossible given we bought it brand new and it is only a year old. Our estimated bill was $45 and when we go to pay, they tell us we owe them over $1300. We ask them if it's a joke and the person responds ummmm, no. In the end, they resolved it and took $13 off the cost of our oil change but you have to wonder, what the...?

As an Acura MDX owner who is new to the twin cities, I wanted to take my car in for service and ended up at Buerkle Acura (because they're Acura and well rated on Yelp). When I called to schedule an oil change and multi point inspection (car wash included), I was informed about their new "accelerated service" and average 60 min wait time. I worked with Graig over several weeks via email to buy an Acura MDX. I finally went in yesterday to test drive and make a decision. He was fabulous and very patient while I tried to decide what I wanted. The dealership is well maintained with everyone being friendly, and Graig was not a high pressure sales guy. I've bought two cars here - one experience was great, one was terrible - the salesman in the bad experience lied about a car meeting my specs being located in the Twin Cities area (thank you car soup) and wanted to charge me a $700 destination charge. (So actually, I only bought one car here)
The service department is really good - note that they will always have a hired person call you to rate the experience. If you rate anything other than a 10, prepare for a line of questioning.
