Dallas Movers Pro was excellent.
They originally quoted me for 3 people, they arrived with 2 because of the staff shortage and only charge me for 2 people. They were quick to load up the items I had packed, but there was an obstacle of moving a very large item through a door. This was no fault of either parties, but Dallas Movers Pro handled it well.
They called 4 other people to help, and did not charge me for the added help. The item was successfully loaded with little damage. The unload was done quickly because there were no obstacles to deal with.
Dallas movers communicated well, were punctual

Set up a simple 1bed room move. They gave me a 4 hour window. They never arrived. They didn’t even call me. I had to call them after I waited the 4 hours and they said they were “delayed” that they would be there within the hour. Once the hour was done, I tried calling back but they disconnected their phone line. They then called me an hour and 20 minutes later and said they couldnt do the move anymore. So not only did I waste a day waiting for movers but now I have to take off work again and lose a day of pay to move the next day. These guys are not professional. They said they would call

If anyone is thinking about hiring movers, DO NOT HIRE DALLAS MOVERS PRO! They contracted the move to a 3rd party, I had packed all breakables in bubble wrap and clearly marked them as such. My boxes were being flipped completely upside down, on their sides and the boxes that said please do not put anything on top, things were placed on top!!! My glitter drawers were tipped upside down so you know what happened there, my vanity mirror is broken, cups are broken, my desk is broken, I still have yet to unpack 5k worth of makeup because I'm soo scared something is broken. Not to mention we moved

Edgar and Jesse did a great job doing a three part move for us last week! They moved furniture from my boyfriend’s apartment to my house in Fort Worth then moved more furniture from there to our condo in Dallas. They were professional, they wrapped the furniture well to avoid any scuffs, and did a great job! The whole scheduling process and communication with Dallas Movers Pro was excellent.

By far the best mover's you can ask for. Their customer service and timeliness goes beyond expectations. They beat me to my apartment, helped me pack and close boxes up that I didn't have time to do and then on top of that helped me throw out anything I didn't want. I will 100% be recommending their service to everyone I know whether a big or small move. I wish I could have wrote this review sooner

Our move went so smoothly because of Dallas Movers Pro! They were efficient and so careful with all of our furniture and belongings. One of the team members even took apart our bed and couch and then rebuilt them in our new home. They were all very professional - would recommend!

Guys kept taking smoke breaks. They dropped multiple items. Took them 4 hours to get a one bed one bath packed in their truck not to mention all of the stuff was already packed for them. Took them 20 minutes to get to the house we were moving into, which is less than 10 minutes away. The entire apartment wasn't even fully packed after they were done. I had to take 3 trips with my own car. I was on the phone with management the entire time letting them know the situation and all I got was $50 discount at the end. We ended up paying $500 for 5 hours for something that should've taken 2

This is my second experience with Dallas Movers Pro. I used them to move into my current apartment two years ago and they were perfect from the beginning. Bruno is extremely attentive and easy to get in touch with and the moving team worked quickly and did not break a single item. I am moving again on Wednesday with them and to this point the process has been equally awesome. These guys really take the stress out of moving!! I had a couple of quotes around the Dallas area and these guys were quick to respond and worked with my budget. On moving day, they came 15 mins before our scheduled time and they were speedy and diligent with all the furniture in my apartment. When they got to the new place, they made sure that all my furniture was in the location I wanted them to be before leaving. I seriously was amazed by their quality of service.

Colby and Juan were the best! Apparently my lease ended sooner than expected so I needed some help to move out. I called them up and within a few hours they came through. I was very skeptical if we would finish because of how much stuff I had, but within an hour or less they had moved everything out. On top of that they packed the uhaul so well, because when I arrived at my new place not a single thing was broken!! Francisco, Darwin and Bailey did an amazing job. Very polite and did not waste any time. Remembered where/what our boxes were and got our move done in less than 3 hours despite the fact that we had TONS of boxes (15 minute drive in there too). They come well prepared, treated our belongings and items as if they were their own. I stopped unpacking things to write this review to let y'all know how great the experience was. Thanks guys! Will

Great experience! The amount I paid matched the quote, and it was a competitive price, as I did shop around.
The took care of everything, and even moved some existing furniture around for me.
We have used them twice now, and the first crew (Mike, Brandon, and Frank) took care of us, and all our stuff was picked up and dropped off without any damages.
Our second experience was just as positive (Brandon, Mike T, and Drake).
What I really appreciated was that they made me relax and feel confident about a very stressful situation.
The took care of everything, and even moved some existing furniture around for me.

This company is the same as Dallas local movers. They scratched my furniture and damaged my hallway walls, they "forgot" to download 2 of my bags (sound fishy) and didn't return it even that u begged them !! I called few times to the office, and Colby (same one from Dallas movers pro) texted a picture to my husband of my bags, I called and he ignored my calls and msgs. If I'm not gonna get my stuff back by Friday i will file a complain at the police for theft and advise my lawyer on the damages they made.

I wish I could give this company 5 stars because they were all so pleasant to work with... however in moving my furniture from one apartment to another, they cracked my headboard on my bed along with other dings to my wooden headboard. Whoever did the damage did not even say anything until my mom pointed it out after the bed had been reassembled. They paid to get it fixed but of course.. does not look the same and is noticeably damaged. Broken furniture is the one thing you hope to avoid by hiring experienced movers. Great people to work with, unfortunate experience.

Chase and Brandon moved me from my one bedroom apartment and into my townhome as fast as they could. I really appreciated how well they wrapped all of the furniture and made sure to not hit any of the walls in my newly painted home. Chase also made me aware of the yelp deal, which was really great! Only issue was that they arrived 30 minutes late and also that I was told there would be wardrobe boxes available for me and there were not. We had the worst moving experience ever with Dallas Movers Pro. They were supposed to show up at 4pm and they showed up at 5pm - unprepared with no boxes to move our items and no direction on where to park for the loading dock (which we emailed to the company prior). They showed up with 3 men when I explicitly told them it would require 4+. They started packing around 5:30pm and then another person showed up 2 hours later. The 4th man decided to leave in the middle of the move - didn't inform anyone and was on the phone the entire time he was there. They had to send for another guy 2 hours

I decided to use Dallas Movers Pro because of the awesome reviews on Yelp and I must say, it was the best decision I could have made.
Colby and Damingo arrived on time and got all of my items from my 4 bedroom, 2 bath house wrapped and moved into my storage way on the other side of town in under 3 hours.
They wrapped all of my furniture, tables, fridge etc. in bubble wrap (at no extra charge).
I've had a lot of TERRIBLE moving experiences in my lifetime, and trust me when I say, I've moved more than most due to the military, but I can honestly say that this was the best moving
