Built in the original footprint of a circa 1930 working boathouse, this entirely new structure weds both a family home with two interior boat slips and a waterfront site in a uniquely respectful manner.
A pool and gracious entry lawn counter-balance the siting of the structure. While selected original timbers were reclaimed and introduced to the interior of the house, entirely new wood/ steel plate roof trusses inside the boat house remind us of a "Barn-like" space that offers a calm escape from an active waterway.
