Highly unprofessional, damaged belongings. I found this company because they had the best price but I wish I had done a little more research and would not hire them again.
I had hired these movers to move two pieces of furniture and paid the additional fee for moving to a third floor location. This was not communicated from management to the movers. When the movers found out they had to carry the pieces up two flights of stairs, they became upset and proceeded to carelessly bang, drop, and scratch the night stand on the way up.
The manager, unable to communicate with his own team, followed up

Awesome experience! We had hired another company who did not plan well and wasn't able to move all of our furniture. I called Richard that night and he was able to give me a quote in a few mins. He had movers scheduled for the next day. His team was very communicative on when they were arriving and moved my stuff with care. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

This is the second time I've used Same Day Small Movers. The first time i had them move my washer and dryer to my new house, and this time they moved a huge 8ftx6ft tv console. Both times i got the moves completed in less than 2 hours and they were travelling from Wylie to West Plano. Great price, very courteous abd professional. I highly recommend them.

I needed to be moved on the same day that I called…….I spoke with someone that was beyond professional. Was told to send photos of all the items I needed moved and they would send quote. They quoted me and price and gave me the next steps. The guys showed up to my house with 2 hours of me calling. Disassembled everything and had everything packed and ready to go within 3 hours. I would highly recommend SAME DAY SMALL MOVERS to anyone that is in need of professional same day moving services

When I tell u my pick up was a last minute call..I call this company and no hesitation they was right on it. Very nice great customer service. I will recommend this company to anyone I know doing a big or small job. I'm very huge on customer service and they won a customer I will b referring to my friends and family. Keep up the good work. I had arranged with Richard for Same Day Small Movers to move me today with an arrival between 10-11am. It's now 11:30am with no movers. Stuff happens, previous moves carry over, etc. and I understand that, but I've emailed, called twice, and left a voice mail all with no response. Super unprofessional. If you want to arrange for a move, be left high and dry, and then have to book different movers at the last second and everyone is either booked up or charging a rush fee to fit you in, I highly recommend these guys!

If I could I would give zero stars. Richard Burnside was very rude and unprofessional. I was on the phone with him for maybe a full minute. He quoted me a price for a move, which he gave me very quickly. I asked him 1 question, "if he could give me a quote on a smaller move", and he said to me, OUT OF NO WHERE "you sound like you have money issues, this is a business" and hung up on me.
I wish the phone call was recorded because it's so unbelievably shocking.
To have the nerve to abruptly end the conversation with an insult is mind blowing. I was not rude, I was not

I needed to schedule a small local move in a short timeframe. I knew It wasn't going to be cheap, but I needed someone quick and reliable. Richard and his team came through with flying colors for me.
