After every move we return to our customer's home or offices to recycle or reuse their cardboard and plastic moving materials. Green truck took my money and didn't do the job. After I tried to send them pictures of the bar I wanted moved, they declined the pictures. They made it to the site and left. I have been trying to get a refund for over a year and they keep giving me the run around. They won't return my calls or answer my emails. They are the worse, they won't be in business long.

Pitiful company! DO NOT USE! Paid my deposit and they canceled on me 3 times. I would not trust these guys (Mike the manager) to weed eat my yard. How they have a business license is beyond my greatest wonder. Very unprofessional and zero business sense. Wish I would have read the reviews before getting the run-around multiple times. Now I'm just hoping I can get my money refunded!

Nashville friends that need a moving company, here's a warning about who NOT to use. I used Green Truck for a previous move, I had no issues so I used them again for my move in September 2020. BIG MISTAKE. The actual movers were great, they were efficient for the most part and very nice. I paid for 3 movers and the 3rd one was an hour late. There… was an unfortunate mishap with my dining room table, the base was destroyed. The guys tried to fix it but it was not fixable. The process of filing a claim and working with Green Truck to get my table fixed/pay for the damage was completely ridiculous

ABSOLUTE TRASH. Manager is unbelievably unorganized, movers were 3 hours late. The movers didn’t leave our apartment and finish UNTIL 4AM!!!!! ON A WEDNESDAY! They told us it would be 4-5 hours, it was 12 hours in total. My apartment is 1000 square ft and they had to move ONE BR from my boyfriend place. They gave us a 25% because they “had to cover costs”. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. - showed up late,about 2hours, and lied that they went to a wrong location. - unprofessional manners: one of the movers reeked smell of alcohol and asked inappropriate questions. - damaged furnitures: my cabinet doors, couch legs, and bedside table are damaged - rushed moving things towards to the end… because they have other job after mine. - didn’t expect 4 movers to show up, and I didn’t have enough cash to pay everyone tips. So they made me drive to ATM to get more cash and hovered around me which made me so uncomfortable

RIPOFF CON-ARTISTS. Stay away from this company. They showed up late. Damaged furniture, Didn’t even MOVE all belongings and the “owner” Antonio, was the rudest representative on the phone I’ve ever talked to. These are not good people. I’ve been in contact with my attorney over this and will be filing a lawsuit this week. Again, STAY AWAY!! You… want no part of this company I can assure you. Preston and Antonio. Green Truck movers caused over $1,000 in damages to my furniture and will only offer me $120 for compensation for my damages!! Green Truck movers arrived at my home on moving day over an hour late. They arrived ill prepared for the job at hand and did not have enough moving blankets for my furniture. Instead, (unbeknownst to me), they decided to… stack my furniture in the moving truck without adequate blankets damaging over $1,000 in my furniture. Do not trust this company. They damaged property and have been giving me the run around for 7 months. They do not return phone calls and keep saying they have a claim. They are shady and untrustworthy. Do NOT trust them. As of right now, my property is still damaged and I am waiting on 17 return calls that have never been done.
